Ammy walked into the huge halls looking around in amazement, her eyes darted all over the place taking in as much as she could, her nostrils flaring taking in as much scent as she could. There was so much to take in, but Ammy knew she needed to find the head or someone that knew the place. But, she always had been rather unsociable and so instead of asking for help she started to trudge around cursing lowly under her breath, her head whizzing like mad hoping to find a sign that would lead her in the right direction, or in some sort of direction. She kept her hand on her hidden dagger just Incas.
After walking around for a bit longer Ammy sighed and slowly dragged herself over to a student and then politely said
Hey I'm new....would you mind showing me to Xavier's Office please'
She tried putting on a polite yet nervous smile too.

A guy, around the age of 28, turned to the girl who dared to interrupt his search. "Look kid, you aren't the only one who's lost here so how about acting more your age instead of a total chicken, you're a mutant so act like it." He said, his blue eyes almost a steely grey as he glared down at the girl.
He felt a small smirk come to his features as the girl seemed to toughen up after what he said, ruffling up her hair playfully. "You remind me of my little sister, how about we work together to try and find Xavier's office huh?"

Ammy gared up at this guy at first when he told her to 'act her age'.
'Seriously who do you think you are?' She said whilst repositioning her hair 'But sure that would be handy' She added with a slight smirk of her own then guestured for him to lead the way.

"I think of myself as much older and wiser than you are kid." The guy said, holding out his hand for the girl to shake. "Names Alex Mercer, what about you?"

'Well duh and Louise Drinkwater....I preffere Ammy though' She replied smirking and reaching out for his hand to shake it.
'So what you doing in this place?' She then asked curiously.

"I'm here to join the institute, I was a scientist for the Weapon X industry but when they found out I was a mutant they added a little extra to my mutation." Alex said, his hands quickly shifting into four, knife like claws. "I wasn't able to do this before, I only healed a little faster than others, that was my mutation before they injected me with something which changed me into Prototype." Alex said, inspecting the claws on one hand before he turned his attention back to Ammy. "So what's your mutation?"

'Oh cool...thats interesting' She said examining the claws 'I'm pretty weird, I got a feline and canine like trait I suppose'
She looked off in thought for a moment then said 'I can climb on walls, have cat like claws that retract slightly and dog teeth. I can also run on all fours if I really feel like it' she grinned at the last part of her sentence.

"Oh great, so you'd be the perfect pet, cat and dog mixed together." Alex said, giving off a bigger smirk. "Here kitty, kitty." He said jokingly, heading off down the hall in search of Xavier's Office, how he wished this place had a map. "Who makes a mansion and doesn't add a map? Like really." He said, glaring at all the doors.

Ammy rolled her eyes and laughed 'Yeh too bad my parents didn't see it that way too' She paused 'Then again walking in and seeing your daughter having a fully blown convosation with the family cat isn't that great is it?' She chuckled and then followed him.
'Yeh good point' She huffed looking around sniffing the air walking just behind him.

"You were found talking to the family cat?" Alex said, raising an eyebrow, "that is pretty weird." He said, lifting his head up to the air slightly, he didn't look like such a bad guy now without the hood to hide most of his features. "So, can you smell your way to Xavier's office or not?"

'Yeh...I understood it, I think it works the same way with dogs but there weren't a load where we lived' She shrugged 'I dont know...if I knew what he smelt like I might be able to'

"Well, you can always try that out later." He said, looking back at Ammy. "Why not smell out for a room that has a load of scents all mixed together?"

'Which is in a load of places right now' Ammy said looking up at him 'I can smell all sorts...some of which I wish I couldn't' She made a yuck face at him then giggled.

"I hope you aren't talking about me, because if you are then you are in trouble." Alex said, smirking as he lowered his head again so that you could only just see his eyes glinting from underneath the hood.
