Johnny laid down, looking up at the sky. He pondered on what was happening to him. He wondered what it was like for someone who was stolid...They showed no emotion. Johnny on the other hand was always showing too much emotion. He needed a way to control it. It had gotten better over the years but for some reason, it was escalating now. Johnny sighed, he needed an anchor, if anything. Otherwise he'd go crazy. Or worse...

Jubilee walked threw the grounds she was running over her scenario from her time in the Danger room. She had gone over it several times but the bruise on her side said no way she had failed it badly. She walked and didn't watch where she was going that was till she fell over something or some one on the ground, her side burst with pain and she rolled to her back.
" ow great " she said holding her side as she "just what i needed a bad session now this " she rolled to see what it was she had fallen over. There lay a boy she groaned as she sat up "OK why are you laid on the ground" she asked taking deep breaths in.

Johnny winced a bit as she tripped over him. He recognized her;She was Jubilee. However, John wasn't in the mood at the moment. He'd had a pretty bad day and wasn't trying to get in any more arguments, "Sorry, sorry. I'm having a rough days so don't get mad at me." He frowned, his dimples showing. Why was his luck so horrible right now? Was someone out to get him? If so, then that person would be in for one hell of a shock. Johnny sighed, "Really, I'm sorry Jubilee."

jubilee sighed as she heard him apology's twice "stop apologizing will you, your not the only one whose had a bad day " she said raising her shirt to show the bruise that was very purple bruise. She pulled her legs up and slowly let the top fall "dam sentinel in the danger room simulation, I zigged when i should have zaged" she said giving an audible sigh again "I need more practice but nobodies around to do it with me any more their all too busy or smooching " she lay back down "I miss Matt" she said softly and slightly sad.she shook her head "Nope not going there , still got two days till I see him again, hes so not going to like this bruise"

Johnny raised his right eyebrow, "I'm guessing Matt's your boyfriend? I could heal that bruise for you you know, if you want... I could also practice with you. But that's only if you don't mind..." Johnny sighed and looked away. If she said no that would pretty much be it. She might not want to hang around him if she had a boyfriend, that's understandable. Johnny wondered why he didn't have a girlfriend. Maybe that's what he was missing? He looked up at the sky, waiting for her reply, whether it be good or bad. With the way his luck was going today, it would probably be bad. For all he knew, she could charge him with sexual harassment. At this point of the day, nothing was going to surprise him.

Jubilee looked at the boy and then at her side "sure what harm could it do " she said and moved closer to him "so what do you have to do, johnny isn't it I've seen you around school, never got a change to talk before, and ow that would be so great if you could, I think colossus is a little ticked at me right now, I kinda blew a wall up and showered him in stone, ow i know he can handle it but hes having a bad day, must be going around" she said with a soft chuckle and looked at him wondering if he wanted to be friends with her she had very Little of them as they all seem to drift into there own thing.

Johnny chuckled, "It seems that a lot of us are cranky today. Ok I'm just going to need to place my hand on the bruise for a second... Uh you want to pull your shirt up a little bit?" Johnny blushed. He didn't mean it in that way but that was how it sounded, at least to him. As he blushed, his cheeks became a bit rosier but not too noticeable. He was surprised that she knew his name. Yeah, he knew that he was pretty well known, but most of the time people forgot about him. It wasn't that he wasn't sociable, just not noticeable. He was a bit lazy and people took notice, pegging him as someone not worth their time. Johnny often frowned about it, but he wasn't allowed to get too excited about things. Well, not until he found his anchor. So when she moved closer to him, he was a bit nervous.

Jubilee nodded and raised her shirt a little higher so he could see the whole thing "yeah i guess so maybe the whether of the fact not much to do" she nodded then looked at him "ow you will warm you hands , I kinda jump if i feel the cold " she said blushing slightly at her confession.
She sat looking at him and thinking she could use a friend like him around not just because he could heal her but he didn't ask too many questions.

Johnny smiled, "Maybe that's why. Don't worry my hands are warm." Johnny focused some electricity in his hands, he had to be careful. He gently placed his warm hands on the bruise, sending a tingling feeling through her body. As he did so, he stimulated her cells, causing them to multiply and create new ones. As he did so, the bruise was replaced with fresh skin. Where the bruise used to be were small flakes, the dead skin, Johnny brushed it off. He smiled at her when he noticed her looking at him, "All better," he said as he brought back his hand. "But you should probably be more careful. Anything else that needs healing," Johnny asked with a bit of a chuckle.

jubilee smiled as she felt the tingle threw her once down she watched him brush flaked of dry skin fromher and she sighed blushing slightly as he asked if anything else needed healing "no, not that I know of" she said unless you can heal a freindship" she said softly looking once more at him then to her side as she pulled down her top "thanks feels as good as new, but im staying away from the danger room for a few days im just not that good at it" she said picking up a blade of grass.

Johnny laughed, "Well I can't heal friendships, but I can help you start a new one," he said, looking her in the eyes. He smiled, "For some reason, I get the impression that you're more than a handful in the danger room.If you leave the danger room only with a bruise, well you've got to have some skill right?" John flashed her his signature smile, dimples and all. He charged his index finger with a little spark and poked her cheek while still smiling. She was pretty cool. She'd be a nice friend to have. She seemed dependable and she was pretty easy to talk to.

jubilee smiled at him , she felt the charge against her cheek and jumped sending up small fireworks from her hands into the air and she laughed.
" That tickled, new friendships are always good" she said smiling at him he seemed nice and she was glad she had spoken to him finally.
"So what are you planing to do today?" she asked " and can i come and do it with you ?" she needed something to do as she wanted to stay out of colossus's way

John thought about it, "Hmm... I didn't have anything planned in particular today. I was mostly planning on sleeping. How about we go grab some lunch tomorrow? That'd be nice." Johnny smiled at her, dimple and all. He was liking this girl more and more. She seemed nice enough, plus she wasn't afraid of talking to him. Yeah, this was going to be fun.

jubilee smiled at john and nodded "sure, I'd like that " she said laying back and looking at the sky "you know I think we'll be good friends" she said and turned to look at him. He had healed her buy just talking to her and being her friend or so she hoped, maybe it would take her mind away from Matt while they were separated buy school and his work.

John smiled at her, turned to his side so he was facing her, and arched his right eyebrow, "Who said I wanted to be friends with you?" He proceeded to attempt to tickle her. He was pretty much comfortable hanging around her. He didn't feel any pressure and he became relaxed. So when he tried to tickle her, it was his way of showing that they were friends. "You're right;I'm going to have fun teasing you," he taunted jokingly. He couldn't help but laugh. It seemed that his day was finally getting better. Maybe the day wasn't wasted after all.
