Kyana hovered above the mansion. She had waited until morning like the other mutant had told her. Now she had to figure out if she really should go in. She was different from other mutants. How many mutants good control the shadows. Lately when she used it she felt a hatred deep inside of her. She didn't know why and wished she could find away to get rid of this deep hatred. Could this Prof. Xavior really help her? Or was it to late for anyone to help her?
Slowly she lowered herself to the ground and stood on the sidewalk leading to the front door. She was worried that she would be turned away and told to get lost. After all this place was filled with mutants or so she heard. Maybe he didn't have room for another.

Charles Xavier felt a new mutant around the school as it showed enough to him. It was a new one and they might like to join here. So he got out of his office as he headed outside. When he was finally outside he looked to the gate. He saw a person flying as it then got on the ground. He looked around to see who it was. He headed to the new person as he greeted her. "Hello."Charles asked looking to The Raven. "I am Professor Charles Xavier, founder of this school."He said looking to her. "You wanted to talk to me"He asked as he looked to her.

Kyana's mouth gaped open in surprise. How did he know she was here.She hadn't seen any cameras unless they where hiding. But that was the only thing she could think of. "Um yea I did I met someone last night who told me I should talk to you. I heard you help mutants? If that's true I could really use some help professor. That is if you have the room sir."
She chewed on her bottom lip afraid he would say they didn't have the room and send her on her way. He seemed like a nice guy maybe he could help her. Maybe even explain why she feels so much hatred and anger when using her shadow powers witch she could barely control.

"Of course we have room."Charles said. "It is nice to see new people joining every day to learn how to control there powers."Charles said looking to her. "Students are afraid to control there powers, and we are here to help them on the right track and learn how to control it, like this."Charles said. He opened his hand as a psybolt appeared out of his hand. "This is one of my former powers in the past and I learned to control it by teaching and of course training, that is the best way."He said as he smiled to her.

A sigh of relief escaped her when the professor said they had room. No more living in abandoned building and scavenging for food. She could start all over now. And though she hated to say it she could really use a shower. "Thank you so much Professor you don't know what it means to me." She had nothing but the clothes on her back. The stuff she took from home months ago where all gone and she had ripped the only other pair of clothes she had a month ago.
Kyana let out a gasp as she watched him make a pysbolt it was amazing and weird at the same time. "Since your allowing me to stay at your school I should probably introduce myself unless you already know that to from the guy I met last night?"

"Nope I didn't speak to the person you talked to."Charles said. "But I am a telepath and I can feel and hear stuff from peoples mind, don't worry I didn't read yours, I don't do that to people."Charles said as he looked to The Raven. "So welcome to the school."He said as he looked to the stuff she had. He grabbed his wallet as he gave some money. "If you want you can buy some clothes and stuff, to feel you welcome here."Charles said. "And a room is already prepared for you Miss?"Charles asked putting his hand out waiting for her to reply.

Kyana was glad he didn't know her name or anything like that yet. It would have bean to weird. "That's cool all I can do is fly and and control the shadows and not very well either. Sometimes it feels like the shadows control me. Any I'm Kyana Delfrago but they call me The Raven because of my jet black hair and wings."
When he gave her some money she couldn't believe it slowly she took the money and tucked in into her back pocket. She couldn't believe they had everything ready for her this was amazing. "Thank you so much Prof. Xavior," she said than shook his hand.

"It is always nice to have new people Kyana."Charles said as he gave her a soft smile. He looked to her as he heard about her powers and the thank you. "Don't worry Kyana, it is nice to help you and we will work on that later, we have a perfect team of staff that could help you."Charles said as he gave a small smile. "Now I will see you later, go get yourself some stuff etc and I will see you later today, ok."Charles said as he then walked away.

Kyana sighed at least she had that over with. She had bean accepted into the school and welcomed warmly by there Professor. Now if she could only make some friends and feel like she fit in. She would give anything if she could just fit in somewhere instead of always feeling like a freak. She watched as Prof. Xavior walked away. He hadn't even given her a chance to say cya later and thanks again. Oh well there was plenty of time for that. Now she wanted to get some knew clothes as well as a few other things. She quickly opened her wings and took off into the air heading for the store.
