She nodded and agreed with Bobby, she was happy to be in his arms, she listened to what he said. Learning at his feet, so to speak, she patted the horse. Her fingers running through its mane, she felt the horse move. She wasn't afraid, he was there, she didn't worry, she never needed to worry. But she couldn't help it at times, easing into him again. She was serious. "I didn't know you were into horses. Ive always loved animals" She smiled thinking of Nightcrawler

Bobby grinned and felt the horse go into a trot. "I only rode one once, but, even if it was a tramatizing experience, I never let go of my love for them. They are elegant and the very definetion of beauty itself. They treat us respect, even as they are raised to allow us travel across distances on a saddle laid out across their back. The horses of old are majestic and mammoth as they are high above most animals and can gallop at a fast speed that makes one feel free. I don't blame the horse for what it did, and, fearing it for so long won't get me anywhere."
They had the whole place to themselves and he wouldn't have it any other way. Leaning into her he loved the romantic mood, him up against her from behind and smelling the perfume she wore. The trot was fancy for horses, but, it was the gallop that made them stars.

She listened to him, he was a romantic that was for sure. She enjoyed the time they had together. "You have always been the romantic type" She giggled kindly. She saw how beautiful the day had turned out, Rogue wondered what all went into his head. "Good thing I can't read minds" She grinned lovingly. "I would know all embarrassing little secrets" She said softly, teasing him. Even if she had that power she would never use it. She closed her eyes, the wind very low and it felt so beautiful outside.
"Perfect Day" Rogue said.

"I must get it from watching those soaps," he joked as he felt the horse neigh. "Ok, I happen to be a true blooded romantic, happy?" Hearing about reading minds he tried not to blush at that. Reading minds was a tad intrusive, but, he figured when people wanted to tell their secrets, they would confide when ready. He felt that Rogue and him had that relationship already, hence why he revealed the horse story. Watching the wind stir her hair he yearned to see her face and her reaction to this new experience.
"It sure is...now I think we're ready to gallop. Don't worry...I'm right behind you, so you need not fear about slipping back. Gently up the rein a bit in her hands to give the horse the signal you want to go faster. When the horse begins to gallop use the reins to steer the horse where you want to go. If you don't, the horse will go for that fence post just up yonder. You ready love?" He asked whispering into her ear.

She laughed "Don't worry Bobby, even if I could read minds. I wouldn't" She said lovingly. When he spoke about the horse she nodded to him. It was just the three of them, since she always considered animals a "person" in there own right. Everything was speciall with each other.
"Yeah I'm ready" She said looking into his eyes, which was hard since she is on a horse, but she found it interesting.

"That's good, seeing how I'll tell you anything you want...if you just ask me." Bobby grinned and could feel the horse was ready as well. A trot was not much for freedom or thrills, so, now all she had to do was get the horse moving. This part would be fast, and, it often caught first timers a little off guard.
"Alright Rogue...yee-hah and lets get this horsie moving," laughing he realized he might have sounded ridiculous there. "Um, too western huh? Well never mind...I think the horse got the notion." The horse perked its ears up and suddenly began to move into a gallop. "Hold the reins firm Rogue...take control."

She laughed when he said Yee - Hah "No I like it my loving stallion" She said simply. She had the rains in her hands and did as he told her to. She was under control and it felt wonderful to be out and about. "This beats cars, id ride a horse in the city if I could. Less pollution" She grinned, she found herself laughing again.
"Wow you got me out of my shell, hope you don't regret it" She said a sly look on her face.

Bobby grinned as she said that. Makes me feel less embarrassed, he thought as he could feel the horse racing into a gallop. The wind played through their hair and he held onto her body tight to avoid falling off. Hearing her speak of riding a horse in New York he found it funny to imagine such a sight. He could just make out her smile and by the tone in her voice he could tell she was being sly with him.
"I never regret anything we do Rogue...or you say for that matter," he grinned and suddenly felt his eyes widen. "Rogue...we're heading towards a jumping gate. We don't have enough room to pull away, so, lean into the horse and it should know what to do." Should being a big underlining point of this. Logan told him to tame a horse, and, this counted right?

She looked and had a feeling, she heard what he said and did as he told her, they were in the air for only a second, and when they hit the ground, she winced a bit. "Taming a horse isn't exactly easy but trust the horse, don't have fear. My mother always said they can fear emotions like anger and sadness. And I think this is a good step to training a horse. What is Logan teaching you Bobby? im not in his class yet." She said this was like a power trip, she loved it.
"I go in his class in a couple of days"

"It is a good thing I don't angry then," Bobby noted with a wry grin. "Anger is the path for which most mutants go down when they have the world to blame for their problem. Logan said the mutant genes come from the father, and, I don't hate my father the least. I enjoy being a mutant, mainly because I can make a difference saving other mutants and saving those humans who doubt our worth." Feeling the landing he held onto Rogue as he felt the jolt shoot up through the horses's leg.
When she asked about Logan's class he shrugged. "It is a survival class, teaching about your powers, fears, stuff that prepares you for when you become a full fledged X-Men. Even though both you and I already have that covered." He felt the horse guided into a trot and smiled as Rogue accomplished something just the same as him.

She smiled listing to him, when he held onto her she settled back down. She made a ticking sound and lightly moved and stopped. "Good thing I'm a fast learner" She said simply. "how can you blame parents?: my parents are human. Course, they are no longer in my life. They don't want a mutant for a daughter, but still. I do not hate them, people fear what they cannot understand and control. If it wasn't for you and the school, I would have gone mad I think"
Her eyes looked around "I like your power, the iced rose you gave me. I still have that, in a cool place. Since I don't want to lose it" She said lovingly.

"My parents are human too," he said, "you met them when we escaped from the mansion. They have their moments, but, the danger of having a mutant for a son around just means me seeing less of them. My brother had difficulty accepting what I was, and I'm sure in time he might learn to accept me. Though, evil is always afoot, and Magneto will always be trying to up the standings of humanity to prove Mutant supremacy and how we make the world a better place."
Smiling at her words he felt the horse stand still and he swung his legs over and landed on the ground. Turning around he held out his arms for her to get down from the horse. "Next time I'll make a bouqet," he said with a grin. "How was ride?"

She nodded as she heard him "Yeah, when Magneto came. Everything went to hell" She said with a sigh. "Why does life have to be so damn hard, all I want is peace. I think that's what everyone at the school wants. Unless some kids have mixed feelings" She let him help her down and blushed at the bouqet. comment.
"I enjoyed it very much, course anything we do I enjoy" She said with a kind smile. She placed her hand on his cheek.
"How did I get so lucky to have you in my life?" She said lovingly.

"Peace, the ultimate quest that Professor Xavier set out to do by creating this school for us. He made it possible for us to feel wanted, to feel like we were more then what people thought by calling us 'monsters' or such. Pyro attended this school...and he ended up joining Magneto for his thirst for power. I wish we were a school for which a goal could be obtained on same ground...instead of having it tear apart when someone let darkness cloud their judgement."
Bobby watched her blush and wore a wide smile. He did love when she blushed, it sort of made everything magnified ten fold.
"I'm not sure, I suppose it came with being here. The luck is from having the same classes, rooms close to one another, and a heart that wants the same thing. What did you want to do now?" Bobby stared intently into her eyes and ran a stray hand through her hair.

Rogue nodded, the goal, would they ever get their? it felt like it was just a dream. Everyone should be equal. But they never will be, she sighed softly. "Peace would be possible I think, if Magneto wouldn't go after us. Humans see him as a mutant, and he is the one that makes people fear us" She said.
She didn't know what to do, she looked over seeing a pond. She had memories of that, ice skating and landing on her ass. "You know, with your skating ability you could go pro. Then all kinds of women go "Oh Mr Drake" she chuckled some.
"But no one is going to separate us, I won't let it" She chuckled.
