It had a been a long day for Logan, seeing as he just found out he had a daughter without even knowing it. Then with finding that out he learned that he had clones being made for the past couple of years. Or more like they were trying to make clones of him for years. He himself didn't know how many they were but from what he got from Faith it was just one. The name being Baptiste and if he hadn't came to find him, that meant he still was on Weapon X's side. Which didn't sit well with him, neither was having a mystery daughter. He wondered how many of them was left out there and how many they were going to try and continue to make. But of course he wasn't going to let that happen, he was going to destroy either the facility, and his DNA to make sure it wont happen again. Though of course there going to be the survivors, and he wants only Faith.
After his talk with Jean and deciding what there course of action was he went to get Faith to bring her to her room. He walked down the hall way and smelled Faiths scent along with someone else. Logan listened in and heard there heartbeat was racing. He raised a brow as he walked towards the kitchen to see what was going on. Of course he didn't expect to see that when he got there. What he saw was Faith about to kiss a guy with what seemed like darkness surrounding him. His eyes were bright red and his hair long, with being covered in bandages with black jeans and boots. He wondered who the hell was this kid and why he was about to kiss his daughter. Logan then leaned up against a wall and folded his arms. "ahem" he said as he scratched his throat looking at Faith and the kid.

Faith’s head was spinning from all the information that she had processed from the few short minutes that she had spent with Chris. Even though that he had told her his name was Death, he would always be Chris to her. Then as he came toward her, she didn’t know what to do. It seemed like forever when his lips came toward hers, and she felt like she wanted him to actually kiss her. However that moment was interrupted.
”ahem”
The voice was like a cold bucket of water that was thrown over her. She blushed deeply again, and jumped away from Chris. She then began to knock things off the counter as she tried to orient herself from her sudden retraction. She looked to where the ’ahem’ came from to see her father leaning up against the wall with his arms crossed and scratching his neck. Her eyes widened again as if she was caught doing something she shouldn’t have done.
”I was checking to see if he was alright. His head was hurting earlier, and I was making sure it wasn’t anything serious…” Faith began to babble as if she needed to explain herself to him. It was funny if someone saw her knew her, like Chris. She had just met her father, and she was trying to make excuses for her behavior which he knew nothing about…or her.

As Death neared Faiths lips he could feel her warmth get closer and closer to his face. He wondered if it was alright to kiss her and if he did would she kiss him back. Though he was going to find out in a few moment when he did. He never did kiss her back in the facility when he had the chance and he wanted to correct that mistake. Death thought he lost his chance to ever kiss her again and be with her. He cared for her a lot and always regretted not kissing her. However he was given a second opportunity and he was going to take it.
But then before he could he heard the 'ahem' and Faith pulled her self back knocking stuff over the counter. Death quickly pulled up the bandages over his mouth and over his nose. He then became silent again and wasn't going to talk. It must have dawned on Faith that she was the only one that was going to hear his voice. He then looked to the man in front of him as she seemed to blush a bit. But it wasn't the normal blush it was more of an embarrassed blush. Death wondered for a moment and kind of put two to two together as he kind of figured that he was her father Logan.
Faith seemed to babble on about something of making sure his head was fine or something. Death just looked to her as she kept on trying to make sense of why she and him were about to kiss. He simple folded his arms and looked to Logan who was just leaning there.

Logan looked to Faith as she pushed herself off of the guy there and knocked over some stuff. He of course looked at her weird but he wasn't going to interfere with her personal life. She was practically an adult and she could make those type of decisions by herself. Hell she was practically doing so before she even came her. Though that didn't mean that his protective instincts didn't kick in. He fought to keep the animal protective instincts down where it was controllable. Logan knew that Faith could sense his distrust for the boy. But if she seemed that close to him he must have been some what alright. Although he wanted to know who he was and what was his story with her later. And with all the things that had been going on he almost forgot what he had to tell her. He was however going to bring this back up later when they had a chance to talk.
"It's fine Faith your almost a women and you can decide what you want and who you date by yourself. But I need to tell you that your room is ready and is on the second floor. It's a guest room for now, we still need to get you a personal room later on if you want to stay. But we are going to talk later about somethings". Logan then stopped leaning on the wall and put his arms back down to his sides. He looked finally to Faith then to the guy and turned around and left.

Faith noticed that Chris had returned to being mute as he replaced his bandages over his mouth and leaned against the counter behind him. His arms folded much like her father’s and she wanted to chuckle at the site behind her, but she was too startled to do so. When he didn’t speak to verify or deny her flimsy excuse, then it dawned on her that she would be the only one to hear him talk. She thought that it was sweet of him to do that, and that actually made her feel special.
She then looked to her father as he watched her with a weird look at her reaction. Well he surprised her, what else was she suppose to do? Slice the sink into two? She mentally shook her head to clear her mind of those thoughts. She wondered if he knew that all the major decisions in her life before this point was made for her by either Baptiste and the scientists. However, her mind didn’t dwell on that thought long before she began to feel her father’s distrust for Chris, and his protective instinct kick in. That was completely unexpected, especially so soon after meeting her…

Faith listened to him inform her that her room was ready, and that he was allowing her to make her own mind up when it came to major milestones. No one had ever gave her that kind of freedom before, and she needed to think…alone. She watched as her father walked away and when she knew he was out of earshot, she turned to face Chris once again. ”We can talk later. Promise me you won’t leave without me.” She informed as she approached him once again. She then hugged him and released him. She will wait for his answer to her plea before leaving herself.

Death looked to Logan as he continued to look towards Faith and himself while there. He wondered how Faith felt about the situation at hand, and saw the look he was giving Faith. He guessed he thought that Logan there thought her reaction was abnormal. Though he couldn't blame her, her father just happened to walk on them almost kiss. But Death also happened to catch the little distrusted looks that he was receiving from Logan. He knew that it came with the territory with Faith seeing as she was his daughter. Though he didn't care if he didn't trust him or not. He cared for Faith and he wasn't going to let anyone stop him from being at her side. Looking towards Faith and noted how she looked and possibly was questioning why Logan gave her the look that he did.
Logan then spoke about Faiths room and that he and her needed to talk later on. Death just looked back at Logan as he shot a final look towards him. He of course didn't care and just shrugged it off as nothing. Looking to Faith she approached him and told him that they could talk later. But she also asked that he wouldn't leave without her, he guessed against Weapon X. She hugged him quickly and he hugged her back. Pulling down his bandages he smiled to her and placed his hand on her cheek quickly. "I wont Faith I promise you okay, go do what you gotta do I'm not going anywhere". Death then placed the bandages over his mouth and nose again.

Faith felt him return her hug, and she knew that she still had her Chris with her. She did not want him to face another experiment that had adamantium with him somehow. Most importantly, she did not want him to face Baptiste and him get seriously hurt. She will protect him with her life, and she will defeat Baptiste once and for all. Next time they meet. He promised her death, but she silently promised him the same thing. No one was going to kill her, and she had people to make sure they didn’t. Chris and her father.
"I wont Faith I promise you okay, go do what you gotta do I'm not going anywhere"
She briefly closed her eyes as he touched her cheek again. His smile caused her heart to skip beats, and try to jump out of her chest. She had indeed miss him, and she didn’t want to think that this was dream. However there was only one way to find out, and she had to leave him for now so that she can found out. She had his word that he will not go off on his own without her. ”Thank you, Chris. I would surely die if you did and run across Baptiste…” She finally answered him and touched his check softly once again. She knew that he was no match for the clone, and if he got cut…
Faith allowed the tender moment to linger, and then withdrew. She then walked out of there on the way to her temporary room.
