Abby came in with her father after attending her mother’s memorial service. Her uncle was there and she could feel him giving her glares throughout the entire service. Like he knew she wasn’t suppose to be there or something. She knew he was highly angry when she walked in with her father. It was a surprise to see Tony Stark attend with her, but she didn’t want to go without him. She was uncomfortable the whole time, and was actually glad her father was there to keep him at bay.
She then took off her jacket and tossed it on the nearby surface, not paying much attention where it landed as she went further into her home. ”I knew my uncle was glaring at me the whole time! What did I ever do to him for him to treat me like that? Granted I am smarter than he is, but still…” She started to vent and stopped right behind the couch to turn to look at her father.
Abby was glad that he had been with her, but she didn’t know what he thought of the entire situation. She also needed to get her mind going, and a challenge was in order. She knew he had a workshop downstairs and she smiled at him. ”Is it possible for me to tinker in your workshop?” She asked him, wondering what he would say to her. She had known that is where he had kept his armor, but she wouldn’t touch those knowing what it would cost if she messed anything up with them.

As Tony and Abigail came home he could remember the entire event clearly in his head. It seemed her uncle of course was there and shooting looks at Abigail all day. Of course he wasn't going to mess with her while he was there he was sure of it. Though he did have the modality to confront him while Tony went to go get a drink. He could see the slim coming off his feet as he approached him at the funeral. Talking about how he should convince Abigail to give her share to him as she was already the hair of Stark industry. Of course Tony just smirked and did his joke banter as he made her uncle look like a fool. He wondered how Abigail felt but from her entering the house she seemed pretty frustrated at the event. He under stood completely seeing as her uncle was being a greedy bastard and wasn't even thinking of his dead sister at the time.
As Abigail threw her jacket Tony picked it up and placed it over the bar so it wouldn't look a mess. He listened to her talk about the glares her uncle was giving her as he went and poured himself a drink. "I know Abigail, but at least we made him look like the idiot he is right?". He wondered how she felt about that, he wondered if she felt any better about it. It made him feel better making fun of other people who thought they were better.
After taking in his drink he poured himself another as it seemed that Abigail wanted to go down into his workshop. He really didn't see any problems with it as long as she didn't touch his Iron Man suits. Along with his cars and motorcycles those were off limits too. "Sure why not, long as you don't touch the suits or the cars. I need to work down there any how so come on" he told her with a smirk. He went over to a panel and pressed some buttons on it. Then a holographic up door to make it look like a wall appeared and showed an elevator. He held it long enough for Abigail and him to enter and they started to go down into the work shop.
As they reached the work shop the lights turned on and the hands looked up to him. "Hey guys daddy is home" he said smirking as he walked in and the music started to play. The lights beamed down on to his cars and the lights for his suits came on showing that they were encased in glass. He walked over to his desk that had a whole bunch of computer screens and whiskey at the table. "Well Abby here you can work on whatever you need".

Abby nodded her head in response to making her uncle look like a fool, and actually smirked at the thought. Compared to her IQ he actually was an idiot, and that made her feel a bit better. Then her father told her that he had to some work in his workshop anyway and told her to follow him. She did and was amazed at a wall disappearing into an elevator which she quickly climbed into right behind him.
When they reached his workshop, she of course was like a kid in a candy store. She saw the robotic hands turn on and face him as he announced he was there. Lights beamed down on a bunch of cars that were expensive, and his armored suits were lit up behind glass cases. She immediately noticed the one that he wore when he saved her from being crushed in a building, and stared at it longer than she should. She followed him over to his desk with computer screens and whiskey, and looked up at him.
”Well Abby here you can work on whatever you need”
Abby smiled up at him, and hugged him like he just told her the whole candy store was hers. ”Thanks!” She told him and sat down, getting a feel of the room. Then she spied what she thought was where some spare parts of machinery and tools were kept. She then got up and went over there to rummage. She then pulled out what she needed, and the tools that would get the job done. She then put back what she didn’t need, and gathered up her bounty. She turned to head back toward the desk he let her use, and smiled like she had just found buried treasure.
She then set the items in her arms down, and began to dive in putting them together into something that she only knew.

Tony smiled as Abby looked like a kid that was just released into a candy store and told to go nuts. He wondered what she thought about the workshop, which held all of his prized stuff. She however seemed content on building whatever she had in her mind at the moment. He himself had to get busy but it was nice to see Abby happy. All she had been doing was thinking about her mother and her uncle. It was nice to actually see her do something that she liked. And if it helped her in anyway he'd let her use his work shop as long as she wanted. Though in the end even if it weren't helping he'd still let her use his workshop. A room wasn't any place to do dangerous experiments in. And the workshop can take the beating, hell it took it from his Iron Man suits. As she gathered all her stuff and sat on the chair near his desk he smiled.
After a few minutes he went over and went to a magnifier to see how the Extermis virus in his body was doing. It seemed to be evolving to Tony's needs and he wanted to know how. As he put his eye on the magnifier he saw the virus duplicating. He also saw with in the virus a technological workings of it, as if it was a nanomachine. And before long it divided into twos, then threes, and so on and so forth. He pulled away and scratched his head at the workings of the virus. It seemed to be going with how Tony used the suit and how he could use it better. It also seemed the virus was directly linked to his arch reactor hence why the most likely could divide so fast. It would take more research but it seemed like they were getting smarter to what Tony needed and wanted.

Abby worked as he mind was fitting the pieces together in her head. She had no idea on what she was creating, but she knew it would be awesome when she finished. Just like her first computer she built, or the alternative fuel engine she invented. She was a bit sad that it didn’t take off, but it worked. She was so engrossed in her new project, she had totally forgot about her father being there as well. She picked up a tool and began to use it to fit a piece of a circuit to the board that she had found. When she pulled back, she found that she had a robotic hand in front of her. She applied a small amount of power to the circuit board, and the gears could be heard as it clenched it mechanical fingers into a fist. She then saw a piece of scrap pipe laying nearby and placed it into the robotic hand.
She jumped back with a squeal when the hand crushed it like paper. She hadn’t indented it to be that strong, but she wondered… She then went back to finishing the project, wondering what her mindless wondering could be applied to in the real world. She just couldn’t dwell on that too long as she had nearly electrocuted herself as she had forgotten to remove the power source she had hooked up. She shot a look over to her father as she realized her near fatal mistake, and then put the mangled piece of iron pipe off to the side. She listened to the music playing for a moment, and then dove back into the hand before her.
Soon, Abby had finished her design and picked it up off of the surface before her. She placed it on her hand, and reattached the power source. She moved her fingers and wrist, and the robotic hand moved with her. She knew it was strong just by looking at the mangled iron pipe on the counter top before her. The gears could be heard as she performed more tests on her invention and wondered what she can do with it.

Tony being busy with his own experiments he didn't pay much attention to what Abigail was working on. He had enough confidence in her to know the right procedures in a dangerous experiment. However she was a Stark and danger gravitated towards us like white on rice. Though again he thought that she would be ok, she wasn't an amature trying to mess with heavy equipment. So he got back to his experiment as he looked back to the Extermis Virus. Next for the experiment he placed one of his blood cells into the magnifier and damaged it. He then placed his eye on the looking piece of the magnifier and looked what it would do. The multiple Extermis Virus that spread from just one in his blood had already healed it. And not only healed it but made already dozens of copies of the blood cell to make sure there was enough compared to the blood.
It seemed that the virus made sure that he was having a sufficient amount of everything with in his blood. Looking back into the magnifier it seemed like the Extermis Virus was looking for something. He presumed that it was looking for white blood cells so it can make copies of it and keep equilibrium with in the blood sample. Before he could run some more test he heard a loud bang sound coming from Abby's direction. He then heard a giant electroshock sounding off in the same direction. Looking back to Abby he raised a brow to see her new project. Sighing a bit he scratched his eyes, "Abby are you alright?".
She did however seem alright seeing as she kept on going with her experiments. He then looked over to one of the robotic arms wiping off one of the food counter tops. "Hey you make sure she doesn't burn herself, or electrocute herself, or punch herself". The robot arm nodded a bit as it rolled over to Abby. It started to watch over her ready to help her at a moments notice. Tony shook his head as he went back to his beaker and his experiments.

Abby nodded her head that she was fine, and that she was too engrossed in finishing her project. So he did notice that that she had forgotten to unhook the power source… She would have to be more careful in the future. Next thing she had done was to see how sensitive the hand was, and attempted to pick up one of her father’s highball glasses he seemed to have used to drink his whiskey in. Everything was going great, then her father spoke…
”Hey you make sure she doesn’t burn herself, or electrocute herself, or punch herself”
The glass shattered in the hand from the slight pressure change she had put on the controls. So it was extremely sensitive to pressure change, and looked over to her father to see if he would be angry at her for breaking one of his glasses. The robotic hand had made it over to her, and then unplugged the power source. ”Hey! All I did was break a glass, not stick my hand in a power outlet!” She exclaimed to the hand as she went back over and plugged the power source back in. She saw the robotic hand look down and sighed. It seemed that she had hurt its feelings, and then she smirked as a thought came to her.
Abby sat her hand down and walked over to her babysitter. She walked around it, tapping her finger on her lips as her mind thought. She looked back to her hand and back to her father’s robotic one. She then shook her head as she trashed the idea forming in her head. She picked up her robotic hand and put it back on, ready to do some more test. She then made a fist with it and began to look at the machine when her babysitter had pulled her own arm down and away from her self. ”Hey! I’m only looking to see… Wait. Why am I explaining this to a robot?” She answered and then asked the rhetorical question that plagued her.
