Synchro was required to speak to Professor Xavier before he began teaching. Or so he had been told. He knocked on the door and waited. He had tapped a kid with the power to manipulate water on his way here. So as he waited he made shapes with a little bit of his coffee. He drank the coffee and flicked away the power before the Professor answered. Synchro began to wonder if he was even in his office right now.

Xavier sat in his office he was looking over the information on his new teacher and some thing did not add up. he scanned over the papers, he looked up at the clock and stood up. well it was time to make this interview happen. he just wondered if this was a trap of some kind. He was desperate for teachers and a mutant teacher turns up on his door.
He walks to the door and opened it "PROFESSOR SYNCHRO, i believe you have an appointment with me? Please come in." Xavier opened the door fully and gestured for the man to come in to the room. "would you care for a drink?"

Synchro straightens up as the door opens. "Hello Professor Xavier. Please, call me Synchro." He walks in. "Oh, no thank you. I just drank some coffee." Synchro did not worry about Professor Xavier trying to read his thoughts. Although he has nothing to hide, He finds it rude to read others thoughts unless necessary. "You wished to speak with me Professor?" He pulls a piece of chocolate out of his pocket and eats it.

"yes well i need to go over a few things with you before you start the job. i been going over your file and i will be honest with you some of it dose not add up to you. Now we need teacher i will not lie to you about this but with your past i am going to have to impose a few conditions on to you. Such as area's of the school will be of limits to you such as the lower areas. Also some of the children are of a well a vulnerable nature they will be excused from your classes."
he wondered how the man would take this. " I will remove these stipulations as and when i can feel i can trust you. This place is about second chances and i will offer you one but trust is some thing that must be earned after all i have to think of the school."

Synchro listens to him. He thinks for a moment and says, "This all sounds fair. Although, What does not add up?" He understands about the restrictions because of the Weapon X incident. What does not add up? Other than the fact than no psychic could affect him without touching his head. And that none of his life was known to anyone before he was 21.

"You are an educated man or i assume you are if the information in your C.V. is true. Would you hire and trust some one who had worked for a group who had attacked this very Institution? " Xavier was not a suspicious man but the math on this one did not seam right yes some people did defect but then they were not always trusted. Weapon x would love to get an insider in to teh school.
"There is one thing you have the ability to steal people powers for a short time. I would be happier if you did not use this on the students. For all i know you could be a spy and if that is true well lets say it will not end well for you."

"Weapon-X attacked the school?" Synchro had never known this. "Yea I can replicate ones power for around an hour. I also gain most knowledge of that power. Although that has holes in the knowledge, That is what I use to teach. Working for Weapon X was a mistake. I understand you do not trust me because of it. From what I have heard of you, you can read minds. I understand that is another reason you do not trust me... Because you can't hear mine." Synchro did not care that he was giving away his secrets.
