she listened to the two men talking. " we all knew this day would come but lets not focus on that we need to stop this from happening. As far as i can see it and i don't like this any more we have a couple of options we kill they boy or we get him to switch his powers off.
I do know a few speals that could remove his power but that would not help with anything else in the area such as the Zombies and the virus its self." she looked to captain America and smiled. "darling we are a team and i don't think they will get the chance to do that to you." i wicked smile crossed her face. "any way i think they be more worried about the flesh eating zombies and the man wiping out all life in Central park."

Rogue listened as Xavier explained the ability. Well, the guy couldn't use his ability if he didn't have it. Rogue knew her ability took the ability of someone else's, so she would have to deal with it as soon as she took it on, and the guy wouldn't have it whilst she did. So that would make the guy okay, for now. She glanced at Xavier with a plan of her own. She waited until she got his eye contact before giving him a subtle nod so he'd go into her head. She didn't want anyone else hearing what she had planned. Ah have an idea professor. If ah get to him, ah can touch him, wait until he is unconcious before letting go. He won't have his ability whilst ah do, so ah'll take control of his ability, and ya can go into his head whilst he is unconcious, and place barriers in his mind so his ability won't flare back when he gets it back. Ah know it'll work. Rogue told him, the words running through her head for Xavier to pick up.

So Bobby's plan wouldn't work, Bobby didn't want Logan to kill Derek, though he was sure Logan could. Wanda's plan seems feasible, but he wasn't sure how well it would work.
Bobby looked over at Rogue, he knew that look she was planning something, something reckless. Bobby would not let Rogue do something stupid. "Guys we are a team and we will work as such, nobody is doing anything stupid, or by themselves. Professor and Logan can you incapacitate Derek while Wanda casts her spell? The rest of us will protect the others and the people okay?"

(I was trying to wait to post in order, waited to long and failed. Seems others are not really posting in order either, posting while I can and comp isn't being stupid.) Logan couldn't help but give a smile to Rogue as he did love her like a daughter. It wasn't often he would return such affection with just anyone, but he did hug her back and let her hang onto his hand. He glanced to Bobby knowing the boy had feelings for the girl latched to him at the moment. But as Xavier spoke his attention was fully on him and the mission being spoke of. Just another mutant out of control that needed to be delt with that would cause drama in publics view again. Reminded him much of the attack Kurt was forced to do on the president from Stryker.
Perhaps this time it was an accident of a mutant that didn't really know their powers. The humans would make it seem like it someone was behind it for motivation against the human species. Logan waited till everyone was aboard till he followed on and took the last seat across from Rogue's. He seen her face and how her mind was running with thoughts, his senses told him keep a sharp eye on her when they landed. His sense of protection was strong over her and just the thought of someone laying a hand on her to harm her sent a spark of anger inside him.
Logan chuckled to the Captain, "Have any problem with 'em and I'll give them a nice slice to deal with." Even though he barely knew the man, Logan was loyal to whomever was on the team at the time being of a mission. It'd be nice if Storm was there she could give cloud coverage to scare the media off, bring fog in to make having cameras there worthless, but she wasn't. Logan was last of the old team around on campus anymore. Bobby mentioned him as he noticed Rogue was looking dead on at the Professor. "I promise not to use my claws on the boy. What ya say Professor? Or should I stand to the side and keep the police and military away as someone else takes the main roll of knockout victom. " Logan smirked as he took amuzement in keeping feble humans away. Xavier wouldn't let him harm them anyway. And what was this about Zombies? Were they real flesh eating ones or just brainwashed people? Logan didn't care if they were flesh eaters he'd have fun choppin them up. |

He listened to what they had to say "rouge your idea is a good one would you please share it with the rest of us." he looked to Captain America he could tell he was not happy. "You and i are at the most risk from this virus Captain Logan will just heal rouge can borrow some of his healing factor while bobby ice form may slow it down and i am sure wanda will have some trick to stop it.
If you would rather you can deal with the Zombies? I can blank the media minds but the problem is they have all ready gone live as we speak it would make to many questions if i did. I will deal with them while Scarlet witch, iceman and Captain america deal with the zombies Wolverine and rouge you can deal with Derek, Max can help you his powers are clearly keeping him safe. He has tried talking him down and failed."
Xavier started to move the jet threw the city after a while he would set down out side the dead zone near the media. He knew it was time for the x men to go public. he just hoped that this was not a mistake.

[/size][/font] ---------------------------- Steve didn’t care that he was at risk from the zombies he would rather have fought the zombies than have anything to do with the media if he was being honest but he knew that there was a danger in him doing so, he didn’t care though was the main point as he was more concerned with keeping the people save than playing politics which may have been what Charles had wanted from him, he had never been a political player and he had more concerned with fighting and kicking ass rather than what was going on at the time of the war if he had been honest but he had trusted the president to make the right call.
“I could take him out with my shield.” He said “I can throw a long distance which keeps me out of harms way the size and strength of the shield could knock him out and we spend less time fighting.”

Bobby liked the Professor's plan it made sense, it was similar enough to his, that at least he knew his strategy skills were at least heading in the right direction.The only part he didn't like was putting Rogue in danger, but he had no right to stop her and she could look after herself.
Bobby would have to go Organic Ice for this mission, that was going to take some time. Bobby began to focus on the molecules in his body, focusing on the water, and then he began to make them one and the same. A full body transformation took Bobby a while, and if he was to be sure it would work he'd need the Professor to guide him.
