Steve nodded when Charles said that he would have to check something with the big blue mutant known as Hank, Steve couldn’t see why anyone would have a problem with Hank as he was a good guy and had suffered through the fact that he was just a different colour to everyone else, something that had annoyed Steve but he knew that he couldn’t change that no matter how much he had wanted to do so for the man that had directed him to Charles. Following Charles he couldn’t help but find the irony in the words that he was about to see something that he shouldn’t have done.
“That is the story of my life.” He said evenly as Charles typed in a code.

"yes i know need must if the devil drives. its a required evil i am afraid." the lift doors opened to the sub-level. "Welcome welcome to the x men base of operation. " he gestured to the hi tech halls. "we have a base as you can see. We have medical laboratory with some of the best equipment this world have to offer. "he walked past the door. " This is were you will be training the students." Xavier walked in to a large room it was empty the lights started to switch on slowly. "this is the most advanced training facility that is known to man. Hank and a mutant named forge built it in the early days. It uses holograms to well its best to show you." a few seconds later the room flickered in to rolling plains as far as the eye could see. " well will this do? it can change to what ever you need it can also generate threats for you to fight. the system monitors you vitals and shuts down if they get to erratic or low."

[/size][/font] ---------------------------- As Steve and Charles walked Steve got the feeling that the man knew a lot more about the world than one would suspect but at the same time Steve had a respect for the man that he wouldn’t give to many, the professor was a smart and somewhat cunning man, he had known how to stay below the radar with his school something that Steve could respect and understand a lot as he wanted to keep his friends and Kim safe but at the same time that didn’t mean that he hadn’t been hesitant to come to the school, yet when he had thought more about it he had known that it had been the right decision. Looking around the danger room there had been no doubt that it had been impressive but at the same time he got the feeling that there was a lot about it that he wouldn’t understand in it’s build.
“It is simply awe inspiring,” he said truthfully “I will have to test it’s capabilities for what I want to do of course because I do plan rigorous training sessions but I have no doubts that you have the equipment to permit such sessions professor.”

"Yes well we can program this room to do just about anything. When you talk with hank he will right the programs for you. He is a master at creating these programs and will help you push the students and your self in ways that you could not think."
Charles was happy that the room meet his standards. "remember some of the students are still scared of there powers and may not be forthcoming."

[/size][/font] ---------------------------- Steve nodded when Charles said about the room and about the students Steve could understand that but at the same time he wouldn’t hold back in his methods he would do things his way or the highway he wasn’t going to let people just slack off in his classes, if they went to his classes then they would work, he wouldn’t just let them do whatever they wanted he wasn’t going to force anyone to go to the class but at the same time if they joined the class then they would work, that was the whole point of it.
“OK but I do not want anyone in the class that isn’t serious.” He said “I am not running a daycare centre if they come to the class then they will be treated all the same and will have to do as they are told.”

"you have the right as any other teacher to throw people out of your class if you so wish. There is a few you may have problems with i do hope you can sort them out Steve." i n truth some of them needed more than just a bit of hard work they thought this was all a game and he hoped that Captain America could shake them up and get them out of the place they were in. He was grateful of any help.

[/size][/font] ---------------------------- Steve nodded at Charles’s words, he knew that Charles would ultimately have the final say of things but the fact that he had been able to make the decisions himself was a big thing for Steve, the fact that he had been able to decide that he could have whoever he wanted in the class, if some people didn’t like how he was running the class then they wouldn’t be allowed back for the next class. “If that is all would it be possible for me to get an easy way back to my transport?” he asked.

"the lift is the quickest way we have." he headed towards to entrance. " while you are working here i am afraid you will be required to follow all the rules. I can have them sent to you if you wish?" he opened the doors and pushed a few buttons. he waited till cap was in the lift and then pushed another one with in a few moments they were in the main hall. " I will have all the paper work drawn up by tomorrow." he offered his hand to the man with a smile.

[/size][/font] ---------------------------- Steve nodded at Charles’s words he knew that it would be hard to take a position again where he was trusting someone but the fact that he had more freedom was something that he had been happy about. The fact that Charles seemed to be pretty open with him also was something that he liked. Following Charles into the lift he spoke, “So you know I have no problem following rules but there has to be a limit on them,” he said evenly “I am an outside alliance I only answer to you no one else.”

"This is a school it will run like one and i at the moment am the head of this school. so in effect every one answer to me here. The rules are the ones for the school every one who is a teacher has to follow them if they wish to keep there job here. I ask nothing of you that i ask all of the other who teach in any way or form. However i am happy to have things run like that." he headed towards the main door/ " I must say you have come to us at the right time some big threat is heading this way and we will need all the help we can get."

[/size][/font] ---------------------------- Steve nodded at Charles’s words he got the feeling that the man would be willing to give him a lot of leeway and freedom because of who he was and that was something that he would respect and honour, even though he was wanting that freedom he wouldn’t allow it to go too far. When Charles spoke of the threat Steve thought of his talk with the mysterious man from the future. “I get the feeling that there will be a light at the end of the tunnel though professor, at least there will if I have my way,” he told him before leaving the building and getting into his car. He would have to tell Kim of this meeting.

" I hope so i really do" Xavier smiled as he watched the man left. he was glad that the school has a friend like that he may be a steap foward Captain America was an icon to the world and he stood for everything that was fair and right and that was what he wanted for the X-men he hoped this would do them some good having that man around here. he closed the door and headed back to his office.
