If he did not come it would damage your reputation having a member with close ties to the brotherhood.

When the young woman spoke he had to admit that he was glad that she had been willing to at least listen to him and what he was talking about, he did hope that the woman would join the avengers but at the same time he didn’t know if he would want her brother on the team or not if was a member of the brotherhood but at the same time as she had said that they came as part of a pair and if she hadn’t joined the brotherhood then there was a chance of him changing her ways.
“Perhaps if you speak to him first.” He said “I don’t think that there is a chance of him liking me asking without any reason for him to speak to me.”

She did not care who knew that magneto was her father. It was something that she had to accept if you ran for your past you would never see your future. That was all she had now her past was gone she had become some one knew she knew that now the little girl from the gyps had changed in to a powerful Witch. possibly one of the most powerful on earth or so she liked to think. " i will work on my brother as i think he would be useful but i shall not hold my breath.

As the young woman seemed to be saying that she would join the team regardless of her brother’s decision that was something that Steve nodded at, he was glad that he had been able to increase the number of the avengers that he had been able to gain as he was sure that Cable would have wanted to work with them but he would not be a member himself but he could have been wrong about that, if he had been wrong he would gladly have the man on the team he was just curious as to what the man was attempting to do.
“If you know of anyone that could be interested in being a part of our team let me know,” he said getting off of the running machine. “I am going to have to go and teach again soon.”

Its not like i talk to many people here at all." she would be glad to be doing some thing with her time other than shopping and study, "you are brave training those brats i would never teach."
In truth she had never been asked to teach and nor would she offer. She would probaly by the end of the year turn the class in to toads. Beside what could she teach she was a witch nothing more than that. In the real world her skills had little uses. "well I gather you have a base for you little team?"

Steve got the feeling that the young woman would at least try and get more people for the team but at the same time because of the fact that it had been a good talk with her and then it would be more likely that if he had a number of people could be as interested in the team which could have been something that would cause the group to be able to grow in size and also get more support.
“I think that teaching is only for a certain type of person,” he said before making sure that he had everything that he had brought with him. “and if Charles needs me can you tell him that I have gone out for a while? He can of course find me pretty easily,” then he turned to leave the room.
