She has teamed up with three of the deadliest female vampires. Anna, Pearl and Isobel. Anna sadly is in love with Elena's younger brother, Jeremy Gilbert. His heart belongs to another, her name is Erika Mirazida. She is living with the Salvatore's and had a little fling with Stefan many years ago.
Katherine's back and is she's ready to brew up some trouble. She wants Stefan, but she can't have him. Damon, being seriously pissed at Katherine for telling him that she came back for Stefan, and then having Elena tell him it's always going to be Stefan.. well let's just say things aren't exactly going to be good for him, Elena, Stefan or anyone else. In reality love really does suck.
