Matt William Turner, aka Dragon Warrior, had once lived in the Morlock tunnels after being taken from his real home. When he was in his teens he thought he would talk to his real parents, only to have their place blow up in front of his very eyes. Today he found himself in the same tunnels from whence he lived, his light colored eyes taking in the crude water and the claustrophobia around each corner. Issuing a sigh he placed a hand on the walls and could see handprints from the Morlocks.
There hadn't been any Morlocks living here for sometime, and that was because of the mutant hating group forming up above. Adjusting the zipper on his blue jacket he proceeded further into the tunnels. Perhaps he would find a remnant of his past, or, perhaps just see a familiar face. Watching his step he kept his hand tucked around the sheath that contained his katana, just in case it was needed.

Xander had been on a secret mission when an earth quake had hit and sent him underground. Coughing up dust he sent flames feeding into his hands as he tried to identify where he was. The place was in the tunnels, he supposed where the Morlocks had been. Having spent sometime with the Morlocks before having to attend to life up above, he had learned the layout of the place. Right now he was in the southern most district, this was where they would play sewer ball. A short smile appeard as he remembered winning several games due to his stamina. Though, the smile was short lived as he heard the footsteps of someone up ahead. Was it a Morlock? Keeping his hands as flames he crept forward.
Appearing as he did he noticed a guy with his hand in his jacket. "Nice move bud-dy," he said with a sing like chime in his voice, "but reaching for a hankey to wipe your tears of fear away won't do you any good. Why are you in these tunnels?" Xander glared at the guy, wondering if he was a mutant hater that he had grown to despise. Magneto said mutant haters were an organized group capable of great hate if in a group. Though this guy seemed to be alone. Something didn't feel right here.

Lynx had followed Xander she had become worried at this mission and so decided to follow him. her clothes were dark and her eye's focused on the route ahead. he descended into tunnels she followed at a distance the smell hitting her but she blocked it out her eyes opened out so she could see in the dark as she followed his foot steps , soon she saw a second man and waited as they talked her breath shallow the second man was cute but not her type.
She rested her hand against the walls of the tunnel her claws grating against the walls in her frustration she knew if he was on his game he would hear and know she was close bye.

Matt saw the man with flaming hands and raised an eyebrow at him. Did he seriously need to listen to such an insignificant man? Truthfully, he was done talking, so the answer was leaning towards yes. Sighing he pulled his sword free of his sheath and swung it about the dimly lit tunnel and aimed the sword at the stranger. "I should be asking the same thing...friend. You see, these parts belong to the Morlock, a race of mutants sent down here by the mutant hating world. Only those who have lived here have permission to be down here, so, did you at one point live with the Morlocks? And if your lying I swear I shall cut you bit...by bit."
Matt hated liars, and worse still, was anyone who came down here to hunt for the race of the Morlock. The grating of claws on the tunnel wall alerted him to someone else lurking in the shadows. This guy did not come alone, he noted, so I best be ready to be on defense should this person come any closer. By the smell of things, he noted, she is with him.

Xander felt his temper rise as the guy called him friend. This guy is asking for it, he thought, I shall take him down if I have to. Down here he wouldn't be in trouble, plus, taking down a mutant like himself, he'd be praised or get awkward looks from humans. Still, when he smelled Rebecca not too far from him he knew that if a fight were to happen she would have his back. I should've told her about the mission, he noted with an embarrassed sigh, though Magneto swore me to secracy. Considering the position the guy held over him he held up his hands and he watched them fade from the deadly reddish orange.
"My name is Xander," he said, "for a time in my life I did once live with the Morlocks. They took me in and treated me kindly, gave me a place when the world wasn't favoring my kind not too kindly. I left them at 18 to enter the real world, thinking I could get a job and stuff, but that didn't really work out too well. I am part of the brotherhood with my girlfriend Rebecca, satisfied?" He took a step forward daring him to question if he was speaking the truth.

"Xander huh? Well, your story passes, as, you clearly know your way around these parts. I am aligned with no one, nor do I care to align myself with any faction in the future. What good does it do anyone fighting to see if Humans side with them or not? In the end, we are soon to be just like the Morlocks, scared away and never loved. For the moment I'll let you live, so Rebecca, come out of hiding already before I bring you out of the shadows my own way." Matt sheathed his sword and took a casual position up against the wall.
I'm not sure where my girl is, he thought, we had some fun and I haven't seen her since. Keeping his eyes trained on the shadows he didn't want anyone sneaking up on him. If being on his own had taught him anything, it was to be ready for the most unpredictable of prey. Right now though, he just caught a wondering brotherhood member and his cat. If any mutant hating groups came down here, the three of them would likely have to team up to take them out. But right now he didn't see these two as allies, just nuisances.

Sara hugged a doll to her and ran through the tunnels. She couldn't believe what she had found. Who would throw away such a lovely doll. As she turned a corner she spotted three humans. A squeal escaped from her. What where humans doing down here? Where they hunting them? As she took another look at them one of them looked familiar. Had one of them bean a Morlock once? Ducking back behind the corner she tried to remember if anyone had ever left before. Yes she could remember one of them someone called Dragon Warrior had left the Morlocks. Had he come back leading there enemy's to them? Why would he want to hurt them? He was one of them.

Danielle watched from around a corner she could see Lynx and she wanted to walk over and hug her but she couldn't , she didn't know how she would feel around her her mind told her she would accept her but she didn't want to put her in danger which is why she stood half his watching both men she knew Xander and smiled he was still with Lynx , she knew they would be good for each other as Lynx seem to be calmer since meeting him.
She heard a noise behind her turning she saw a small rat run past and she smiled glad it was not any one who would hurt her , but she too was calmer since leaving the labs and the strict confines of her captures though they had tried again she had fought them off. So there she stood watching and wondering just if she could meet her again.
