A large wolf laid down under the starlite sky. Her fur was russet, her hairs long and fuzzy. Her teeths like sabers were clear white. And her eye's were blue and human. It was Wolf, a metamorph mutant. She pointed her nose in the air, sniffing her smells of the night. Softly she howled at the moon, nearly full. The stars winked at her, as if they understood her. Gee stars you are lucky up there, together in one big pack Wolf tought, putting her lower jaw in the moist grass. I wish I had a pack too. But that voice in my head always holds me back. Dear stars, can I make a wish? Wolf closed her eyes when she saw the stars twinkle at her again. I wish that I could make friends, friends that help me destroy the voice in my head she repeated this three times and reopened her eyes.
It seemed like an unmanagable dream to Wolf. She couldn't even imagine what it would be like to have friends. She knew Kitty would sometimes would go shopping with some other girls and she had seen a tall Blackhaired man and a blonde disabled boy. It had filled her stumach with butterflies as she saw them in a wonderfull Japanese garden. The same butterflies she would feel when seeing Peter, but when she was close to Peter it were so much more. Wolf winced and putted her legs over her snout. What would it be wonderfull to be able to talk about what she felt, what she liked and what she wanted. Friends. Wolf rolled over, exposing her vulnerable stumach, she sumitted herself, but to what? A tought sprang to her mind. it would be so wonderfull to let her friend ride on her back, when she was a horse or an elefant or such. Or people scratching her tummy. Wolf loved tummy rubs!.

Gwen in all honesty wasn't sure what to make of this place. There were so many people. So many loud people that did loud things and showed off their powers like they were proud. It was sickening. And thus she found herself that evening below the stars on that New York evening. More might have been seen if they weren't where they were, but it seemed they had little choice. She could scarcely see Orion, whom happened to be her favorite. His head up nobely and his belt the easiest thing to spot in the sky next to the Northern Star. They said it could point you home.
But she didn't have a home anymore.
Not for a while.
She arched a head as she saw... was that a dog? Rolling in the grass. She moved towards it slowly, her face expressionless. Dogs weren't allowed on here, where they? There had to be something wrong here. She moved closer and without hesitation, gave it a kick!
“Hey.”
Her voice a low monotone but her eyes clearly on the animal, “What. Are you doing here?”
It was only as her eyes caught sight that she realized it wasn't a dog at all, but a wolf. She backed off pretty quickly.

Wolf growled when the stranger gave her a kick. She rolled onto her stumach again and stood up, towering over the unfamiliar scent with ease. Her ears lay flat in ehr neck, her fangs barrened. No Wolf, don't push em away she tought to herself.
As the unfamiliar persone backed away, Wolf phased into a puppy, a new foundlander puppy, one ball of fur. She barked and ran over to the unknown mutant, inhaling her scent. 'Play, Play' she barked. She sat down in front of the mutant and waited for a reaction.

There was a growl with the barring of the teeth. She stood her ground, though she kept herself a few steps away from the animal. There might have been fear on her face if it weren't for the fact that she wished upon all wishes that this animal would pounce upon her and let her meet death. Though, that meant she'd never be able to see his face. That meant... well, there had to be a way she could meet death without losing her life completely. If the Grim Reaper were real, or if death were a person she suspected he might save her just so they could meet. She'd let him, of course.
But this was just a dog, well a wolf.
But it seemed because she could think anymore the animal changed. Not only did it change but it became even more... disgusting. A puppy? She scrunched up her nose as she look upon the animal that had found itself at her feet. She wanted to kick it, but it might turn back and she might never be able to meet death in the proper way.
“What.”
She asked, her face emotionless as she looked down at it. Was that a bark. She raised a finger to her lips.
“Quiet.”

That girl told her what to do. No way in hell. Wolf phased to the stance of a tiger. She slammed her claw at this strange persone, carefully not to touch it for real. She growled, trying to mouth her opponent not to boss her around. Her eyes, still those blue sparkly human eyes kept looking at the stranger. Her nosetrills moved up and down as she tried to take in the straneg scent better.
When she had done this toroughly Wolf started to pace in front of the woman. With every lap she changed into another animal. Tiger-Horse, Horse-Cat. Cat-Kangaroo. Roo-Elephant. Elephant-Crocodile. Crocodile-Mouse.Mouse-Werewolf. Would the woman understand she was a metamorph mutant?

John was about to head to his room when he saw the unfolding scene. He ran towards them, "Hey now, only I'm allowed to act this stupid. Calm down you two." He glared at them both, giving them a warning. He was serious and gave off an intimidating aura, someone not to be messed with.

If it wasn't bad enough that this thing could be a wolf, and a puppy it was bad enough that the tiger would follow. If it had been any other animal she might have been okay, but as that paw went at her she could only imagine her missing her chance to miss the real death. She winced as the paw touched her. Yet the claws or the teeth didn't come. She slowly opened them to find the thing shifting into more and more animals. She stood perfectly still, but kept her eyes on these animals. She could feel the frustration building up. What kind of place was this? Was this girl taunting her?
For a second, but only a second she thought of Nick Bottom and Puck. Within a midsummer's night dream Puck had been responsible for giving him as asses head. This, just seemed to be like something he'd do. Bother a girl that meant them no harm. She pointed towards the creature.
“You're Puck. You're bothersome.”
She turned her head, as if trying to imagine the creature as Puck, “What's your true form?”
She glanced towards John, not liking this, she moved a step back from both of them.
"What? It's bothering me."

Wolf turned to the male, ignoring the female completely, yet in teh back of her midn she wondered who Puck was supposed to be. So only he was allowed to act stupid. They were all young, every youngster could act stupid. She had smelled him earlyer on, but she didn't know this afce was with it. She barened her saber like teeth, he shouldn't mess with her either. Her past had made her tougher then people could guess.

Johnny's eyes, serious, became a crystalline Ice blue. He started sparking, a reaction of his emotions. "I said...Calm down." Johnny moved closer to the wold, unafraid, he let his eyes return back to normal, and crouched down so that the wolf and him were on the same level, "Seriously, I don't want to have to discipline you guys," he turned towards the other girl, "You really shouldn't kick around animals like that." Johnny sighed, he was not having a good day. First the emo kid, now these two. Why was his luck so bad lately?

Gwen simply watched as the animal barred it's teeth, this time in the form of a werewolf. She wasn't afraid, because, well, it was pointed at this man instead. She stayed silent even as she was talked to. The man grew closer to the creature and Gwen only backed up further. She wouldn't dare leave, just in case Puck decided to attack this man. She wanted to see that. She wanted to see the blood. She wanted to remember the screams so maybe, just maybe, this memory or even this event might bring death towards her doorstop.

Wolf couldn't take it anymore, who did these people tought they had in front of them. She turned her back on the guy and phased into her true for. The petit girl with the long scarlet locks. She sighed as the moist grass caressed her back. Her locks were spread out above her head, seeming a pool of blood in the pale light of the moon. Her petit frame was skinny but it had it feminin curves. Wolf crawled up and ran over to a tree. From a branch she pulled her Kimono and putting it on. She warm soft cloth was purple and the kimono was way to big.

Johnny wasn't surprised to see Wolf change into a human, after all, why would there be a wolf at the school? John was getting tired. He was going to head to the roof after this. He loved sky watching. It made him feel at peace. He often felt like he was meant to be up there. He was lightning, he belonged in the sky. He laughed to himself. What was he thinking? He put his hand to his face and pinched his forehead with his fingers. He looked at the two girls, "If you two are finished, I'll be off." He was about to leave when he looked at Gwendolyn, remembering her earlier comment about Puck, "Midsummer's Night Dream? A good read." He looked over at Wolf, "Nice Kimono, Red." He gave her a smile and then proceeded to leave. Whether he exited would be up to the next series of actions.

Gwen blinked as the girl shifted into her true form. Surprised by the red, but slightly shocked that she was a woman given her immaturity. Had she not grown up at all? She wondered. But said nothing and instead looked at the man quizically. At least he knew how to handle himself. He knew how to stop a fight from happening, not that she would have fought an animal. The girl cheated. Obviously. If that was her game. Gwen would have been torn to pieces. All because she thought it was a dog on campus.
“We're not friends.”
She said blankly, her eyes on the girl. She didn't like her own bit, that was for sure. Stupid dog. She moved away from the girl and looked at the man as he began to leave. She wondered if he knew how to fight, because the more she was here the more she realized she should know how to do so. She couldn't just as easily up and leave like every other “home” she'd been at. She'd ask him later, if she saw him again.
And then she left without a word, but she did manage to flick the girl off.

Wolf sat down besides the tree, watching them leave. It left her fairly indifferent, ofcourse she had hopen she would make a friend. But at first the girl had done so strange to her that it wouldn't pose a chance and apparently she wasn't worth the boy's time. So she shurged it off, waiting for new company.

Johnny suddenly stopped and turn, facing Wolf. He had his eyebrow raised. He seemed calm as he walked up to her and crouched to whisper in her ear, "Wolves are my favorite animals." He said it with a smile but left before she could have time to respond. It was just something he wanted to say, but he was unsure as to why he had said it.
