Since the inactivity of our Mod Grace, we are sad to say, we had no other option to dismiss her from this position. We are really thankfull what she has done for us, and the help she gave. But it is time that we move on. So here it is a The staff will pick one after a certain period.

Someone comes on and asks everyone to join their site?
A member claimed that all X-men Alternative Universe artwork was his/hers?

What would you do if...
Member claims artwork as his/her own, but you recognize that it is not? Take the time to search for the original artwork (there's an add-on for that) and post a link as proof. I'd, at the same time, try to find an alternate artwork for a character that was similar but not copyrighted. I'd recommend the picture and inform that that for safety's sake they can not use that artwork.
Someone comes on and asks everyone to join their site? Refer them to the Advertisement board and warn them. If they fail to follow the warning then they will be banned (or prevented from posting if that's possible).
A member claimed that all X-men Alternative Universe artwork was his/hers? Ask the member for proof of the artwork. I'd then listen to both sides of the story and make my decision. If, from the evidence, it seems that the member is telling the truth, I'll be forced to inform Cerebro or a Head Staff of the matter at which point they will make the decision.

I would delete the inappropriate content and PM the member to cease and desist. If they continued I would then ban them.

Online Name: Avian(Omega) & Nicole/Icicle Past Experience: I am the head admin of 4 sites, 3 in progress, and 1 very popular and has a good environment. Staff on many happy and good environment sites. What would you do if...
Member claims artwork as his/her own, but you recognize that it is not? Tell them that it is not and stay calm. Delete it, though. Someone comes on and asks everyone to join their site? Well, if it's in the advertise board, it's ok. If not, it's bad. Give them a verbal warning without a warning bar.
A member claimed that all X-men Alternative Universe artwork was his/hers? Tell them that it's not or ask for proof. Stay calm about it, though. Maybe give a warning.

Member claims artwork as his/her own, but you recognize that it is not?
I would warn them that their artwork is not of his own and, as per the request of the admin after informing him or her of course, I would remove the artwork and advise him or her to gain different pieces of artwork. Further actions would ensue taking it to the admin for further direction.
Someone comes on and asks everyone to join their site?
If its in the c-box, I would remind them of the rules, otherwise any posts made I would move to the advertising board and let the poster know of the move. Who knows. It might be on accident that they might have posted in the wrong board and such.
A member claimed that all X-men Alternative Universe artwork was his/hers?
I would note this as fictatious, come on we all know it belongs to their perspective owners, and I would advise him to stop claiming such false accusations, and would seek further action from the admin if it continues. Being a moderator, you are limited by the powers you possess.
Members spammed the board together with inappropriate content and you were the only moderator on?
I would move or remove the material, make a copy of it saved to my desktop holding it as proof, and make a second copy of it to send off to the admin alone and let them know of the situation considering at the time it might be the proper method to take care of the situation and warn them of their spamming and inappropriate content postings. Would also ask the admin for further instructions if it continues.
((Edited the years because I just remembered all of my experience and sites xD))

After searching for the artwork, so I’m positive of everything and have details. I will warn the user and inform the Admin of the situation. Tell them that they can switch the artwork as long as its an original and not someone elses.
Someone comes on and asks everyone to join their site?
If it wasn’t added to the advertisement board I would inform them of the rules we have established and direct them to the advertisement board.
A member claimed that all X-men Alternative Universe artwork was his/hers?
I would as them to prove that this is true. If they cannot come up with proper evidence, then I will inform the Admin, and tell them they have been warned not to bring up false accusations against the site. If the artwork is, I will inform the Admins of the situation and let them decide how to handle it.
Members spammed the board together with inappropriate content and you were the only moderator on?
I would remove the content as soon as possible. Creating a document save it and send it also to the Admin. I would inform the user of the rules and ask them to cease. I would then let the Admin decide what further action to take.
