"Well you held onto me for 5 seconds and the scientists at Weapon X told me that for every second I hold onto someone, I keep their powers for 60 seconds. So you'll get them back in 5 minutes which is also when I'll lose them" explained Ken through telepathy again.

She grumbled. Oh, bother, in five minutes I'll be gone, she thought to herself. She finally realized that he would have read that. No offense, power stealer, she thought again.

Since Ken thought that it would be rude to read her thoughts now, he didn't hear her recent thoughts."So, why did you want information about Weapon X anyway?"[/color] asked Ken without using any form of telepathic manipulation to get the information from her, but he did focus his attention on her thoughts to see if she was lying. Sure he did think that it was rude to read her thoughts, but it was better than using manipulation to get his answer.

She bit her lip. "Because I've heard of them. Stories, mostly. But they're not a good.. agency, and I found it interesting to know about them. Just in case I would ever need it." She said, allowing him to probe.

"What exactly have you heard?" asked Ken as he raised his right eye brow in curiosity. After all, most of the information he knows about Weapon X was on a need to know basis, so was interested in what she had learned.

She crossed her arms, still a little tired from the draining. "You must know, you're a telepath," She smiled as she checked her phone But not for long, she thought to herself.

"Well I'd rather have you say it on you're own free will instead of manipulating you like you did with me" said Ken right when Elizabeth started to check her phone to see how much time see has left before he loses her powers and gains back hers. What Ken just said to Elizabeth might sound kind of strange coming from a member of Weapon X, especially if any of the stories she heard were true.
"By the way, not only do I have power absorption and teleportation, but I also have a really strong healing factor. So it's pretty much impossible to kill me, even if you have your powers back" said Ken knowing full well that she was checking her phone to see how much time she had left.

Betsy gritted her teeth. She glared at him. But that wasn't her plan. It was to get away from him, and to flee. But, if he found out anymore about her via telepathy, she'd have to do something about it. Leave him as a useless vegetable with her psi-katanas. Yes, she'd do that. She grinned.

"Are you going to answer the question or leave me in the dark about the organization I'm in?" asked Ken who hoped that the fact that he really doesn't know about all of Weapon X's supposed dirty deeds would get her to answer his question.

She looked to her phone. The timer went off. The butterfly aura blazed around her temples and head, and from it shot a psionic blast at Ken. She ran through the alley splitting between the coffee shop and another building, jumping over a dumpster and climbing a fire escape to the rooftops.

Ken held his head in pain as she sent a psionic blast at him giving her time to run away. As the pain slowly alleviated itself Ken turned to the direction Betsy was running and noticed that she was about to go on the roof via fire escape. when Betsy got onto the roof, Ken teleported and appeared right in front of her.
"Look, I just want to know what you've heard about Weapon X and I'm not going to hurt you, capture you or kill you. If you don't believe me, then use your telepath to see if I'm telling the truth" said Ken.

She kicked him in the chest, not believing a word he just said. She jumped onto another rooftop, after rooftop, running as fast she could to get away, her telekinesis allowing her to jump the large, steep gaps between roofs. She kept turning directions, making it so he didn't see which way she went.

When Ken was suddenly kicked, the kick sent him off the building, but before his body was able to touch the ground, he teleported back onto the roof with his back on the ground. He would then get up and looked around before noticing a figure jumping from roof top to roof top in the distance. He would then teleport to her right side with his arm out as he attempted to get her in a close line as she ran.

She matrixed under his close-lined arm that was outstretched, sliding over the roof, and almost falling off. She jumped back on to it. "Stop following me," She warned, as she jumped to the next roof.

Nice skill thought Ken looking impressed that she was able to avoid her close line. Despite the fact that he had her abilities and skill at one point, he actually forgot that she was even able to do that. Seeing how she is very skilled, I do have one last move to make thought Ken. When Betsy was in mid jump to another roof top, Ken teleported so close to her that his body was mere fractions of a centimeter away from her body. He would then attempt to grab her with a bear hug and teleport to another near by roof. In order to absorb her power again, he would attempt to lightly tap her forehead with his forehead.
