When Adam first became one with the symbiote, he had this craving for something that he couldn't quite explain, which bothered him for a long time until he bit into a piece of chocolate. Adam really wasn't into chocolate, but for some reason it was as if he was taking a bite out of heaven for the first time. Tonight, he was having one of those cravings again, so he teleported into the kitchen and started to look around. The school normally kept some chocolate around in the kitchen in a place where children couldn't get to, like soda, however since Adam was eating chocolate on a daily basis, the chocolate was moved onto the top of the cabinet in order to narrow the search on who has been taking it based on who had the capability of taking it.
When Adam saw the bag of chocolate on top of the cabinet he looked at both entrances of the kitchen to see if anyone was there since he was the only one in the room. He would then shoot a stream of black web from his wrist at the bag and pulled it towards him once it stuck onto the bag. When Adam caught the bag, the web went back into his skin leaving no traces of the symbiote being here.
