Cable walked the halls of Bio-tech industry they had been working on a new force field and it was about to get stolen. so cable planned to steal it before that happened. a man half made of metal would worry any one but Cable was a telepath and all they saw was bob the janitor. he walked along. he came to the lab it was quite the systems were advanced but not as advanced as his gear. slowly he started to power down the systems. It would take him ten minutes to do so. another function of the device he was using was to wipe all data of the force field tech from the systems.
Once every thing was down he looked over at the force field generator and it started to float towards him. he knew that in a few moments things would heat up. the people in the area were under his influence but the human mind was a complex thing and they may start to rebel. It was not a complex use fo his power. Humans hated to see things out of the ordinary. so he just made they see what the expected, simple. there was no aggression in the trick peopel just saw what the knew was there. Now the saw a lab tech working on a computer rather than a 6 foot man stealing billion dollar worth of hardware.
He picked up the device and started to head towards the door. there was some one else close by and he could sense them. there mind was jumping around and it was hard to get a strong lock on them. there was only two types of powers that made it hard to track a person and he was one of them. "I know your there."
The person had not been in the building when he started this so they had not been effected. He had always wondered who the theaf had been in the first place part of him had wondered if it was always him who stole the device.

Kurt ported to the room that held the generator that jean needed for the danger room to get it working properly again. He walked in to see a man already there he ported again this time to in front of him to grab hold of the generator.
"zis is ours get you own" he said stopping the generator from moving any further to wards the man in question. He could see he was scavenger of technology buy his dress and Kurt was not prepared to let it go easily.
His yellow eyes scanned the man and saw several guns hooked to his body, he knew he was in for a fight but at the same time he knew he had an advantage of being able to port out of the way and cling to surfaces he could not. He looked at him deeper seeing a man with an inner struggle.
"who are you and vat do you vant with the generator" he asked his hands keeping a tight hold on it and his a lose watch on his movements for any sign he would attack him.

"Probably the same thing you want with it, Nightcrawler. now i suggest you drop that before you get hurt and your not the first person i have fought that can port so i suggest that you put that down." he crossed his arms his eye was glowing bright he was struggling to hold the images in the people mind. "you know this place is going to spice up in 24 seconds. You see i had every one believing nothing out of the normal was happening but since you turned up well." Just then alarms started to kick off and people were rushing out of the room. he gestured his hand and the generator moved stronger agents Kurts grip.

Kurt clung to it his eyes scanning the man in front of him "I can not zou see zis is bought and paid for by ze man i have been sent by" he said his tail now wrapping around the generator to hold it "zou are aware i can teleport out of here " he said jumping to cling to the roof above the man.

"yes i am aware of that and you are not the only one who can do that." cable had a lock on the device now and his own bit of tech had finished what it was doing. it had wiped all the data. "tell me have you the knowledge to rebuild the device Kurt? Yes i know who you are and were you are coming from."
Parts of the device started to glow blue and come apart cable knew how this thing was built and it was simple for him to start taking it apart in the mans hands. conponets started to float out the room as some guards came in to the room.

Kurt looked at the pieces floating how could he truly be able to gather them all he could nothe turned his attenshion to the devise the man held "who are zou ?" he said "and how can zo do alll zis" he asked looking at the machinery around him.

" A mutant like you." he placed the device he had on his metallic arm and the living metal engulfed it pulling it in to his body. he flexed it for a moment till the device was siting right. "You can win i can read your thoughts and manipulate the very matter of the world but i dont want to fight not when there are guards here. " meet me on the roof." with that the parts of the devices that were floating flew in to cable's hand. "Body slide." with that a flash of light filled the room and cable was gone.
A few moments later he appeared on the rood he knew he had little time he placed the parts in his pocket and pulled out some parts that looked the same of course they were not they were far more advanced and had a specal program that not even the grate Xavier could find with out the likes of Forge

Kurt was curious and so did as this cable guy asked him to go to the roof he did porting to the roof he sat on the low wall waiting for him "ok I am here"he said "now Explain vat you wanted zat machine vor?" he asked knowing Xavier could make another what was more important was finding out who this cable person was and capable of so he could tell Xavier.

"Wow you don't get this do you if i am the crock well why would i?" he tossed the device towards the Mutant. " Tell me do you know what that thing you dose? are you following Xavier blindly?" it was time for the next part of his plan. " i want how you would go when he dies?" he folded his arms watching the mans reactions scanning his surface thoughts and watching his face and body for any signs of what he was thinking.

Kurt caught the piece of equipment and looked at it "I am my own person I follow one person and its not Xavier , this I was told would fix the danger room holo projector " he said and looked at the man his tail wrapping around the item holding it tight and away from Cable.
"what about you who do you follow ?" or are you just a lost soul searching for acceptance " he said and crouched low as if ready to port away though she in actuality was curious to what he had to say about why he was there and why he wanted the part for but was it the part he wanted or him. he frowned and watched him.

HE looked to the man. Cable kept his body in a non aggressive pose he slowly sat down floating in the air watching the mans actions. it Kurt was a moral man and he would not strike unless cable gave a reason to and he had no plans to give him that reason.

At his words Kurt tensed as Cable continued talking "no, Because it made me realize who I was inside and that I was a vessel that god used to pass down his message, that everything happens for a reason in his eyes. "he said softly his head dipping slightly as he watched the man calling himself Cable.
He watched his noticing how he stood unthreatening in front of him as if educating him in some way as to this mans mission and why he was there. "Are you saying, if you could if you would knowing what you do now ?" he asked knowing and having a funny feeling that he had already asked him it before and knew his answer yet he still asked it again.

"I can and am." it was a grim day when he deiced he most do what was needed. It was a dangerous risk but what choice did he have he was a solderer a fighter and that is what he had to do. The world needed saving and he was going to get those people charged with that role read for it. He had a destiny and that's why he came back. He had been born to do a task and this was it. " i am from the year 4010." he knew what was going to happen the same old chat that happened so many times.

he nodded he understood when cable said the date he was from and Kurt sat down a little taken back buy his words.
"you are a time traveler, what is your mission here in this time line, ya I know about time lines" he said taking a step closer "please I vont to help if I can " he said
He knew Xavier would not approve though he was in his own right to decide what he did.

"Just be an x men that is your place you will be come the hart and more importantly the moral soul of that place. i shining light of faith and hope that no one else can be. The x men will lose people including you at some point but you will guide them threw it."
He was shocked the Kurt took him for his word. " war is coming and with war come death are you ready for that Kurt?" It was true he was fallowing the path he needed to be. "have faith in the good book Kurt its were your hart truly lies."
