Dressed in her typical fashion Emma was covered in skin tight clothing each item a brilliant white. Many would call her attire unconventional and perhaps inappropriate for a teacher, but in Emma’s mind so long as she possessed a figure like her own it was her humble duty to show it off, although she had toned it down somewhat for the children, styling a pair of tight trousers and a backless shirt. She was walking quite calmly through the hallways of the school, to all the world she appeared to merely be taking a humble walk but her mind was elsewhere... literally. For the past few hours she had been scanning over the thoughts of the people she passed, she hadn’t been prying, or at least she hadn’t meant too. She was simply hunting for those who were supposed to be in class, it wasn’t her fault the student’s heads were filled with such juicy gossip. At first Emma had resisted uncovering what lay locked inside her student’s minds but after a while it just became too tempting and far too easy to skim the surface of their thoughts, picking up on all the drama and romanticisms of teenage life.
Traditionally Emma was exceptionally good at remaining conscious of the physical world whilst prying into the world of the mind but in this instance she had been distracted. Lost in a tale of jealousy within a young girl’s thoughts Emma began to ignore the landscape around her. Emma barely noticed she had reached the main hall, nor had she noticed the time and the sudden rush of people as class ended knocked her off guard. It took her a few seconds to regain her composure and return her mind to the physical world, it wasn’t often Emma was caught off guard. She of course blamed it on her late comatose, she had evidently gotten used to the lack of physical form and was now having to adapt back to real life, the thought that she may be losing her edge even slightly wasn’t worth thinking about. As the students hurried to their next classes Emma’s eyes settled upon the figure of another woman, she wasn’t a student however and so Emma did her the courtesy of staying out of her mind. She knew the woman, well she knew of her it took a few moments for Emma to remember her name, Wanda wasn’t it? Emma had never had much dealings with the woman before but amongst new allies Emma thought it best to become acquainted with as many people as possible, in particular before they learnt of her rather tarnished history. It didn’t take Emma long to go from this thought to conversation, she had never lacked confidence and so approaching a new face came easily to her, what was hard was not simply flicking through their mind like the pages of a book, but that would be a mistake most of the x-men could sense her psychic probes. “Wanda isn’t it?” Emma asked as she approached, “Emma Frost, I don’t believe we’ve been formally introduced."

Wanda had been hunting that cursed Familiar of a cat. She had about enough of it maybe she would turn it in to a Toad or some thing else an accountant maybe? The last few days were strange the story's about her were getting worse since she turned one of the kids in to a toad for a few seconds. He had been a bully pushing some kid who was weaker than him so she showed him what real power was.
Now all the wicked witch storys were back but that was good, because it meant that she was left alone to do her own thing. she not spent much time with magneto she was no daddy little girl. she gave up looking for her cat when a woman spoke. She nooded "its a pleasure to meet you Emma and yes it is Wanda." she looked over the woman. it was refreshing to meet some one who like her was not afraid to show of what the goddess had given her. she adjusted the fur rim of her long coat.

The hall was almost empty once again as the last few straggling students made a desperate dash to their classrooms. Wanda seemed a little different to many of the other x-men, like Emma she too dressed in a way that showed her body in its best possible light, a trait that often manifested when a woman felt confident enough in herself. Emma knew little about Wanda, and it seemed Wanda knew the similar amounts about Emma, that was a relief, it looked like she wouldn’t have to go through another I’m so sorry for everything I’ve done moment, she hated those, especially as she wasn’t truly sorry. Sure she regretted not taking up the offer from a telepath of Charles’ calibre years ago but she wasn’t sorry for joining the Hellfire club, after all it had proven quite productive.
“So tell me, what brings you here?” Like Emma there was something about Wanda that seems out of place amongst the typically straight laced team of mutants. It was then Emma noticed something unusual about herself, in the old days Emma would have jumped straight in, wanting to know how powerful and more importantly how useful her acquaintance could be, was she actually partaking in small talk? “No offence darling but you don’t have the same... decorum as some of the others around here.”

"straight to the point?" she liked that most people here struggled around her. " well at first i came here to send my father magneto in to some horrible hell dimension or some thing like that. Now i stay because well its better than traveling." Wanda did not care who knew that in fact it was no secrete that she had riped a whole in reality on her arrival when people got in her way. she was not proud of who her father was but you needed to know were you came from to know the direction you should go. she laughed as she commented on her outfit.
"I could say the same about you, why should i hide what i was born with? I find men are more willing to agree with you if they cant look you in the eye and come to think about it some women as well."

Emma couldn’t help but smile at Wanda’s reply, “Indeed.” She liked this one. Wanda was confident, she knew how to get her way and her father was Magneto? It may have been the furthest thing from Wanda’s mind but to Emma that was a potential link that could be exploited. From the sounds of it father-daughter relations were at an all time low but ultimately what father wants to kill his own daughter? No matter the relationship it may still serve as power weak point in one the world’s most powerful mutants. Emma figured that didn’t count towards her dwindling positive attributes but then who needed to be liked when you could be powerful? However Emma had become more tactile since her arrival here, this wasn’t the hellfire club after all people didn’t have to be cattle, the X-men did things differently, they made friends and it seemed to work out pretty well for them.
[Better than travelling, from the sounds of things she too had been caught by the x-men when she arrived. When Emma first woke up all staying served to do merely give her a chance to lock horns with some of the most powerful telepaths around whilst she got her life back on track but remarkably after only a short time here she had actually started to enjoy it. Not that it was too surprising looking at the facts, Emma had always enjoyed being in a school, and she had secretly always wanted to be a teacher, looking at the situation with fresh eyes this was the perfect position for Emma to find herself in. “There is something a little inviting about the place isn’t there. Although to tell the truth I have been getting a little... restless lately.”

"well my brother thinks that its a good place to stay. I personally find Paris is nice this time of year." Wanda smiled. "i know this perfect little place in pairs you should try it some time. personally i am a red wine person." she smiled as she stood there. she watched as one of the students ran for his class Wanda was tempted to shut the door in his face but that would of been heartless. she heard her cat she rolled her eyes.
She walked over to the cat "you know your more trouble than a man, Tiberius" she picked the cat up by its collar and put it in to her arms. "some times i think i should go with the movies and trade you in for a owl." the cat hissed as wanda walked back to Emma"

“Oh Paris.” Emma’s eyes became glazed with a romantic vision of the city as her voice adopted an ever so slight French accent, “Sat by the Seine as the sun sets in the distance, glass of deep red wine in hand. Is there a better scene anywhere in the world?” Paris had been one of Emma’s favourite cities for a while now. It was shocking how much the pair had in common, if this had been a few years ago then Wanda could have made a great addition to the Hellfire club, but Emma despite their similarities Emma couldn’t help but feel that wasn’t Wanda’s scene. “You’ll have to show me your little place someday, I just love Paris. ” Emma got the feeling the two of them could cause quite a stir in the foreign city but then a beautiful woman always did.
Emma watched as Wanda picked up her cat. She didn’t have anything against animals, she quite liked most of them but sometimes she did feel they were more trouble than they were worth. Tiberius, the name suited the animal, obviously Wanda’s powers were linked in with some kind of witchcraft. Emma wasn’t sure how necessary the familiar was to a magic user but to her it was just a little too stereotypical. It was then the student sprinted past, Emma couldn’t help but smirk, most students here seemed to hate being late, but then when your teachers could rip you apart without breaking a sweat it’s hardly surprising, there were only a few that thought they were better than the staff, those few would break in time.

"yes it is always refreshing to meet some one who is lets say not as stuffy as the rest. Even my brother has been changed by this place. Well as for pairs there is no time like the present. So miss Frost tell me has to rumor mill hut you yet. I find it can be handy to keep these children guessing. Some of them have made up some interesting rumor. According to some of the children i have turn one kid in to a frog and the eaten him? " She had never turned any one in to a frog or even eat human flesh witches and scourers were smarter than that. People like to listen to lie and it made it harder to find a real witch.

Emma suppressed her laugh a little. “So you’re the wicked witch of the west are you?” Emma asked somewhat mockingly although in a friendly way without the intention to insult Wanda, “Well it would appear I’m the evil ice queen, it’s surprising the things you overhear when you’re telepathic. I’m under the impression people around here think I’m controlling their minds and slowly moulding them into the next hellions.” Emma snorted, “If I were controlling their minds then I would hardly let them think like that. Still sometimes it serves well to keep them ever so slightly fear full of you.” Emma liked to be respected, and rumours served well for that. It would be easy for Emma to force the students to like her, just slip in a few positive thoughts here and there but then what was the point in that, she did however erase a few stray rumours. She had even heard one student think she looked like a hooker, the nerve, needless to say that one was eradicated before it could start whispering its way around the school. The mind was Emma’s domain she would choose what rumours slipped out of it.

Wanda laughed the two of them had so much in common. "My dear i think we should slip out of here and head for a glass of wine. I feel that most of them are jealous that there Brest have not grown enough for the boys to notice them or pull of a corset and half the boy are just that boy and would be broken by a Real woman in a few seconds."
Wanda was not one for showing of so she was a mind reader interesting she had a run in with Psylock. She did know not all of them were cows. she lifted her hand and snapped her fingers with in a few seconds a flash of Red Light and the two of them were in L.A. siting on a balcony in some cafe. " I know it is not pairs but with the time difference nowhere would be open."

Emma was a little shocked by the sudden change of scenery, she wasn’t used to surprises, she like to control what went on around her. Of course Emma would never allow her face to show such an expression, in fact Emma didn’t know if her face could still show surprise, after repeated Botox and surgery around her eyes it would be a surprise if her muscles could still move in that way. In all it was quite a pleasant surprise, it was warm here, sunny too, just the sort of place Emma enjoyed. The cafe was a nice one too, not unnecessarily fancy but clean and sophisticated. Casting her mind astray Emma soon scavenged her new location from passersby. “Los Angeles, nice choice.” She commented as she signalled over the waiter. She didn’t use telepathy to get his attention, between Wanda and herself she hardly needed to draw any extra attention over to them. Pointing to one of her favourite wines on the list she handed over the menu as he strutted off to retrieve her order. IT was funny how men did that, put them around women such as Wanda or Emma and they each tried to show off.
“Of course you know what the trouble with the school is, it’s just that, most of the people there are far too young to appreciate the simple things in life. They’re far too obsessed with who’s snogging who and where they can find their next candy bar. Still the place is not without its merits, I find some of the staff can be quite interesting.” Her mind was cast back to the charming Mr Summers, ever since she had first entered his mind she had been infatuated by it, his thoughts always seemed to be so... pure. Then with a slight laugh Emma added, “Shame there’s the rest of them there.” Emma didn’t get on well with a lot of people, especially the other telepaths, they challenged her in a way that she just didn’t feel comfortable with.

"Yes i agree, most of them are clueless and rude one of the telepathic and i got in to a small fight. she was convinced one of the others was My sister because she share the same powers as my Father and was like a dog with a bone. All because she read her mind and some one had Hinted that it was true." Wanda did approve of the other woman choice of wine.
"yes i have seen some eye candy around the school both in the males and females." she laughed as the wine Turned up it was so good to be talking about this sort of thing. " I find most of the students are fixated with who got the most power. Its very petty and childish most of them would not have a clue how to use it."

Emma couldn’t help but laugh at Wanda’s run in with a telepath, “Ah a rogue telepath, going creeping around in other people’s heads is a dangerous thing if you lack the tact to properly use what you learn.” Emma was no stranger to creeping around in people’s head, fortunately tact was one thing she didn’t lack.
Emma lifted the corner of her mouth to the notion of power. It was humorous but she herself up until not that long ago had cared principally about who was the most powerful around, and more importantly who she could manipulate best. When Wanda mentioned the student’s inexperience however Emma’s smile broadened slightly, “Ah yes, it’s the whole, ‘my dad can beat up your dad’ thing for mutants. It’s a shame most of them are unable to truly use their gifts, even those that can lack the imagination to know how to make full use of them.” Emma herself had proven she was able to use hears, and indeed other people’s gifts in ways many people never even dreamed possible, it appeared Wanda was just as creative as herself from her choice of transportation.
Emma was enjoying their talk, “It’s such a relief to find someone that I can actually relax around,” She commented sipping at the wine and glancing out over the city, ”I hate putting on that stupid motherly teacher facade, it really is tiring to be nice to that many children, especially when some of them are as stupid as they are.” Emma only half meant that, she liked children but she did get tired of the constant ignorance and immaturity buzzing around the school

"yes it is. At least i have the joy of not being a teacher. Maybe you need to be lest soft towards them after all the world is not a nice place. They need a shock they think its all flowers and dreams." Wanda took another sip of her wine. "so tell me who is this eye candy you are talking about?" some food was placed in fount of them. Wanda thanked the waiter as she looked at the food for a second before starting to eat.
Wanda was enjoying this it had been so long. "It has been a long time since i not had to deal with a brat or try and stop my brother mothering me. He even tried to cover me up some times so i am not showing my body off." wanda laughed at this.

“Oh you know, you see them around don’t you. I must admit I thought that Mr Summers was quite impressive, there’s something about him that’s deeper than the flesh... not that I’d complain about the flesh either. But then again I will admit I am intrigued by the newer arrival, a Worthington I believe, I haven’t had the opportunity for a full inspection yet but with his body and name alone he’s more than a suitable catch.” Emma was talking in her usual way, as if men were an accessory rather than a partner, such as she could pick and choose between them depending on what outfit or mood she was wearing. “Then again don’t get me wrong it’s always welcoming to have women such as yourself around to help brighten the place up a little.”
Emma couldn’t help but laugh at the notion of covering up as well, motioning around her she asked quite jokingly, “Why cover up? Look around you my dear at what the wonders of the female body can do for you.” Sure enough every man and even a fair few women in the cafe were staring in their direction, of course as soon as either Emma or Wanda were to look at them they would all hastily turn back to their drinks. Few had the courage to actually talk to women of their calibre but it was nice to be appreciated. “I believe that the man behind me is considering filing for divorce just so he can stare a little longer.” Emma had in fact made that up, she was hardly bothered by probing into the man’s thoughts, they were irrelevant to her and in all odds something Emma didn’t want to see anyway, all she knew is that his mind was practically drooling over them.
