Xavier sat at his desk it had been a strange year so far. Cable had shown him a lot probably a lot more than he should. He was Scotts son to a woman who was a clone of jean. HE did not know how to tell ether of them. He ran his hand over the desk things were going to get worse and his x men his children would be the warriors that would fight in this new war.
It was not what he wanted for them at all. he wanted to show the world that mutants and humans could work together and every day that looked harder. he had so many grand ideas in his youth but now he did not know. Cable had said he would be known as the Father of the mutant people but not there leader. The title would always be Scotts he would take them to new heights.
But before all of that he had to get them ready to stop this threat. He looked at the danger room files and people had been using it but with more students than ever before he needed to get them ready. This place was a target and he had to have his Students safe form Attack. He looked at the students list and some of them were ready. He felt a pang in his hart this would change them it would leave marks that could never be removed. he Of all people knew that. HE was broken from his contemplation by a knock on the door.
"come in!"

Leo had spent a few good hours in her Pitbull form and waan't about to change back now. She was more comfortable in this form than her human one, even though both were equally glamourous. She couldn't speak in this form but then again, she didn't need to or want too.
Her claws clicked softly on the polished floor of the corridor and more than once, one of her limbs went astray on the slick flooring. She let out a soft yelp at one point when her right back paw twisted a little and side stepped to avoid any damage.
Soon she was making her way meekly along corridors, just sniffing around and looking about. She snarled at anyone who tried to pet her. She hated being petted in this form, apart from if it was someone special. She hadn't found anyone who had that charm yet; not even the legendary Jean Grey.
A door that was closed took her interest and she sniffed at it a few times. Someone was in there, but she wasn't sure who. Someone of high status. leo immediately felt a little bit submissive but her curiousity got the better of her and she reached out with one clawed paw and scratched at the door. The tapping down it made was loud to her ears and she jumped back when a voice called her to come in.
Leo swallowed and crept forward and stuck her head round the door and whined, looking up and whoever was in there.... |

Xavier looked at the dog as it slipped in. Clearly it was one of the students who had arrived during his absence on cable island. He cleared his throat and place some of the papers away in his desk. HE waited for a couple of moments for them to change in to human. When it was clear they were not going to change.
"I assume there is some thing you wish to discuss with me? May i point out that it is rude to when entering some one office not to be in human form unless you are planing to spy?"

Leo lent her weight back and narrowed her eyes. She changed back to her human form smoothly, rearing up on her hind legs so when she transformed back, she would be standing up. She was only here to skope out what others had said about the legendary Xavier.
She stood and flicked her hair back behind her shoulder and shrugged easily, crossing her arms. She was wearing a tank top with a black leather jacket and dark blue jeans with a studded belt, and trainers. She riased a sculpted eyebrow.
I was just wondering around. I didn't mean to knock but when you allowed me to enter, I decided to come in. she said smoothly, her voice saying she was calm and collected, but her body language said she was defensive.
They students speak highly of you, I'll jsut tell them not to disturb you when you're angry, shall I? Leo breezed easily. She felt that she had been snapped at. |

" And i think highly of them and my door is always open to my students."
It was clear even with out reading her mind she was defensive, most people were when facing some one who could push in to there mind. Xavier as principal never entered some ones mind with out permission. Sending a message was different there was no incursion in to the person mind.

Leo titlted her head slightly. Usuallty she was a good judge of character, even if she was a grumpy cow at the best of times, but this time, there was almost nothing...She couldn't sense anything. She swallowed nervously and then shrugged. Not a dismissive gensture but just to give her something to do.
Sorry if I offended you. I feel more comfortable in my animal form. But erm, yeah, I was just exploring, I just felt it wouldn't be right just to skitter off...so erm yeah...You probably know me anyway, so I'm jsut gonna go...and I'm sorry for disturbing you... Leo offered an apologetic smile and dipped her head and started to back out of the office. |

" I was not offended, mealy pointing out basic manners. As much as you feel comfortable in that state you should never for get you are human with a human soul." he did not know what damage staying as an animal for to long would cause on a person soul or mind for that matter. " My door is always open to my students. I like think of my self as more than just a head teacher. I don't know every one, not all students want to talk to an old man like me about things."
