Will of fire is set at 14 years before the start of the series, during the Kakashi Chronicles arc.
Plot: Explosions shake the ground and tears pour from the sky as the Third Great Shinobi War rocks the foundations of the weak peace treaties between the Great Shinobi Villages. War is a time of suffering and hate, but also a time for Heroes to be born, and that is just what some people intend on doing. After Iwagakure lead an attack on Konohagakure things haven't been the same since. The two warring countries fight to figure out who will rule supreme. Battles are raged in the Grass and Rain Country, tearing it apart as the weaker villages attempt to defend their borders, a small group in Amegakure leading the advance of the protection for the rain village, though where they hail from is unknown.
On the horizon a powerful force is amassing, lead by a mysterious figure, who has yet to reveal himself, but thus far he has begun to recruit several S-ranked Ninja, talking about peace and stopping war. The Bijuu have been captured and the villages are all using their Jinchuuriki to alter the course of battle, except for Konoha, who's current Jinchuuriki for the Nine tailed beast isn't in control enough to fight with other shinobi. Alliances have been drawn and enemies targeted. Friends will die and foes will escape. Anything is possible in this world, 14 years before the birth of Naruto, 14 years before the rise of Akatsuki. In 14 years, will things be the same as they are now? Its up to you to decide, it all depends on your WILL OF FIRE.
