Rogue was going to kill X if it was the last thing she did. She couldn't believe it. She had done everything he asked and had been waiting for him to come to her to give him the information. Then what did he do? He hurt Xavier! He went into the mansion and hurt him. Probably crippled Xavier and put him into a coma. She couldn't believe he had done that. She had thought he had some honour in him. She had thought she had managed to talk sense into him and get him to do it her way. Now, because she kept it quiet - for X - Xavier was hurt. It was all her fault, and now, Rogue was going to put it right. She had a blade attatched to her thigh, it was solid black so was invisable against her Xmen leather uniform. She was going to hunt X down, kill him, and whilst she was at it going to find out more about Weapon X. Maybe even Adam too. She was not going to let the mansion, Xmen, or their students down. It was the weekend, four am on a saturday morning, and so Rogue had two days free to do all this. She had to be back by monday morning for the new school day.
Rogue had gotten a list of isolated buildings in the USA with high electrical bills. After all, cells, security, and lab experiments would require a lot of electricity. This was the first on the list of places she was visiting. She didn't want to bring anyone else incase this wasn't the right place. She had no intention of doing anything stupid. Well, nothing completely stupid and would get her caught. Hopefully. Her red and white hair was tied up in a ponytail with a thin black scrunchie. Besides the black leather uniform she had on a pair of ankle length leather boots - flat with no heel so they didn't make a sound. She was just on the outskirts of the compound hiding within the undergrowth. She embraced Logan's senses inhaling deeply as she listened intently. There were a lot of people here. All unfamiliar to her when it came to scents. She could hear a few people talking. From the windows she thought she could see men in white doctor's jackets. It seemed this could be the place.
Rogue made her way around the compound until she found the back door. She noticed one guard, the door was open, and the guard was smoking. Definately not paying attention to what was going on. She noticed several cameras. Live CCTV. She would have to be careful of them. Now she could just use the metal in them to destroy the lenses so they wouldn't record her but that would just send the alarms off probably. She could destroy them with Remy's ability but again it would set the alarms off. She tilted her head. She supposed she could use Bobby's power. Ice was natural... or use Pyro's to set a fire to divert their attention. With a plan devised Rogue made her way back to the front of the compound, took out the zippo lighter she had tied to her wrist underneath her uniform, and then lit it. Taking the flame she lit up the undergrowth before putting the zippo back where she had tied it. As the fire grew in size Rogue darted round the back of the compound and watched as the guards began running to the front of the compound. Perfect.
