Loki has jet black hair that goes just past his shoulders and sort of flips out in a messy fashion. His hair is always slicked back behind his ears. Loki has almond shaped bright green or emerald eyes. Loki is usually seen wearing a black tunic, with green on it and he can be seen wearing his helmet too, when he is in battle. Loki also is seen carrying his staff. He never leaves with out it.

Loki is very intelligent, cunning and a great liar. While being believed to have a good heart, no one really knew what was going on inside the demigods head. Loki is a very jealous person, his jealousy directed at his older brother Thor who gets more attention and praise from Odin than he does. Loki has that sense of feeling of abandonment, like he is unwanted and just a tool used to bring peace. He also believes himself to be unwanted. He also believes that he is the rightful king of Asgard.
Back on Asgard it was unclear if the god had any sort of feelings for Thor's friends. He does however love his brother more than anything, and he believes that his brother is the only person that actually cares about him.
Loki also loves to cause mischief and mayhem. Loki seems to just want his father's praise and when he didnt get that, he let go of the staff, falling into space. Loki doesnt believe that anyone mourned his death thinking that he wasnt really worthy to be mourned.
Loki also started hearing voices as well. He doesnt think he is crazy and though he doesnt really do what they say all that often, he does listen to them. Loki is also cowardly, being afraid of the Chitauri and what they could do to him if he fails.

Sorcery: Loki has the ability to generate and control a great quantity of mystical abilities for varies purposes, this includes enhancing or augmenting his speedm strength and stamina, but its temporary. He is also telekinetic, influencing the movement of objects and people with his mind. He can also teleport across dimensions, and he is also able to fire powerful beams of concussive force. Loki is also able to make copies of himself.
Healing Factor: Loki, like any other Asgardians, can be injured but he is able to regenerate injuries and with his sorcery, its much faster than other Asgardians.
Superhuman Stamina: Loki’s frost giant metabolism grants him superhuman levels of physical stamina in almost all activities.
Superhuman Durability: Loki’s body is superhumanly durable and roughly equal to those possessed by the average Asgardian male. With his magic, Loki has enabled himself to withstand injuries that would prove fatal to another Asgardian.
Superhuman Longevity: Loki ages at a far slower rate than humans do, being thousands of years old, Loki appears to be in his late 20s.
Shapeshifting: Loki is able to change his appearance. He is able to take any form, animals and other human beings, sometimes inanimate objects.

Loki is highly intelligent, knows a great deal of mystic arts. He is cunning which works for his strategizing skills. He is also good at combat, particularly as a swordsman or other various energy manipulation. He currently wields a staff linked to the Tesseract.

Loki Laufeyson is the Trickster God of Asgard. Odin had adopted Loki after he fount him abandoned. Loki is the child of the frost giants, his father being Laufey. He was close to his adoptive family, none of them telling he was adopted. He began to resent Thor because of the special treatment Odin gave him. Loki learned that Odin’s hope was that when Loki grew up, he would be used to establish peace between the Asgardians and the Jotuns. Through out his youth, Loki believed that he was nothing less than a prince.
Loki became one of the most powerful sorcerers in the universe, gifted and manipulating reality to create almost any effect or advantage he desires. He didn’t have the great strength that most Asgardians had. Thor had become Odin’s favorite, and Loki wasn’t stupid and saw it. Loki was able to trick and manipulate Thor, making him look like a fool and unsuited to be king, just so that Loki could get something from his father, doing it all out of jealousy. Because of this, Loki became known as a trickster.
Loki soon started believing that he was more suited to be kind. He believed that he was really intelligent than Thor. As Thor continued to get more attention, Loki’s jealousy became deeper and he became more power hungry.
Loki let some Jotuns into Asgard during Thor’s coronation, using it to ruin Thor’s big day. Even though they were stopped from taking the casket of ancient winters, Thor would still not let it go. He insisted the Jotun’s needed to be stopped. Loki manipulated him and told him that he was right. Thor then launched an attack, one with him, Loki, Sif and the Warriors Three. They confronted Laufey and Thor said some things and Laufey did and a huge fight broke out. Loki was then touched by the deadly touch of the Jotun but it did nothing, just turned his skin blue for a moment.
Loki had told the guards before they left what was going on. Loki hoped that Thor’s actions would displease his father. Odin had then banished Thor and Loki was really surprised. Loki then went into the vault to discover what had happened to him when he was touched by the Jotun. Odin told him everything and Loki yelled at him, and watched his father fall into the Odinsleep.
Loki, now knowing that he wasn’t really a prince of Asgard but an abandoned frost giant that no one really wanted, he took over for Odin, naming himself king of Asgard. Loki had gone to Midgard to tell Thor that Odin was dead and that he couldn’t undo the banishment that their father had put upon him.
After Loki found out that the warriors 3 went to Midgard to find Thor, Loki sent the destroyer after them. Once Thor sacrificed himself and got his powers back. The Destroyer was destroyed by Thor and Thor returned to Asgard to confront Loki. Loki had also “saved” Odin’s life by killing Laufey during this time.
When Thor arrives, Loki explains that he would destroy the Jotun race and himself with it. Ready to die, he went to the protal of the Bifrost over loading it in the hopes that it would destroy Jotunhiem. He fought Thor, and in the end, Thor destroyed the Bifrost before it could destroy Jotunhiem.
Loki was hanging over the void where Thor had tried to save him and Odin trying to save them both. Loki tried to explain to Odin that what he was doing was for the best of Asgard but Odin disagreed and Loki realized that he couldn’t live after what he did so he let go falling into the void.
Loki was not dead though, and had been with the Chitauri learning the secrets of the universe.
