Loki Laufeyson could hear the voices in his head, the voices telling him what to do, the voices that would deem him crazy if he were mortal. Loki didn’t listen to them all the time though. He was unnoticed as he walked through the city, no one cared. People, these people were too caught up in doing what they were doing at the time, talking amongst themselves, interacting the way they did. They were very peculiar creatures, these people.
Loki wasn’t interested in this planet. He still had the knowledge of the universe at his fingertips, and he still had the staff, which was disguised as a cane at the moment. He walked swiftly, quickly as he could to avoid any contact with anyone. He wasn’t in the mood for this right now. These mortals were still below him, so he thought.
In the end, all the prince wanted was some acknowledgement from his father, his father to say something to show that he actually cares about his son. Loki didn’t believe any of them actually cared. If they did, why did they let him fall into the void? Why didn’t they do anything to save him? Thor could have easily done something, after all he was the almighty Thor. Loki also knew that once he was gone, they didn’t care. He knew that they probably celebrated the fact that he was gone. Those thoughts made Loki’s eyes narrow. How could he have even believed that they cared about him for so long. Everyone loved Thor, everyone resented Loki.
Loki stopped a moment, making sure that other gods could not sense him. Loki looked around, noticing he was in a place they call central park. He just stood there, staring at his reflection in a little pond. He hated it. He hated what he had become.
Loki had something that he needed to do though. He was working with the Chitauri to take down this earth to get to Asgard. Loki didnt like the idea, all he wants is to be king of Asgard but the war with his brother should be interesting.
