Lorkaria, a fabled land of simpler times and like all legendary lands, brimming with magic. Though that's not saying that the land itself is, but the mages are. In Lorkaria, Mages can be found everywhere and while not everyone may be one, they're still pretty common. However, each mage is different and possesses their own unique magic that is rarely the classic magic you may have heard of. Now, an age-old question was what to do with such power - simple, organize and take the not-so-ordinary odd jobs too difficult for normal humans. So Mage Guilds were formed and that's the way it's been for many centuries in the land of Lore.
There has always been tensions between certain Guilds and while, many have managed to live peacefully with one another, even intermarrying at times, some have not. Some Guilds wish to show their supremecy over all other Guilds, even boasting their supremecy the Mage Council. While The Council hasn't actually initiated an all-out war for fear of the normal people becoming afraid of them, they are considering eliminating some of the more boastful Guilds.
Meanwhile, Mages go about their lives unaware of the all-out war that may soon come. The only thing is.....
