Baby, there's a shark in the water!?
After violence, harassment, sex, pregnancies, strip teases, and many more scandals at Degrassi High School, principle Simpson was pressured and pushed into making a more strict environment in his school. With the board watching his every move, new rules have come to Degrassi, ones the students do not like.
During their break, a letter was sent to each home with a list of new rules, and a reminding announcement made on the first day. New uniforms, zero-tolerance on violence, bullying and harassment, no public display of affection, no cell phone usage, severely monitored computer usage, and many more rules have gone into effect. Punishments have increased also. Some teachers agree with the strict rules, the ones who don't have to follow for risk of their job. The board backs Mr. Simpson up, most think they wrote the rules themselves.
Everything has changed, some will rebel, but will it get them anywhere?
