"I know the feeling" said Adam looking a bit gloomy when he said it. He could really empathize with Rogue with that feeling since he considers himself to be a weapon. And like most weapons, Adam only knew how to kill with his ability and it seemed like a deep dark hole that he would never get out of. Especially if the reason why he cant turn off his powers is due to some problem with the artificial X-gene that produced it. When Rogue got up while yawning and stretching, Adam placed what he considered to be the "safety" of his power onto his right hand before getting off from the couch to pick up the "safety" for his left hand.
"I'm going to bed now. I would stay up with you longer but I need to work out in the morning and missing just one would screw up my entire routine" said Adam as he placed his left glove onto his left hand.

"Oh, good night Adam. It was a pleasure to meet you."
Rogue responded softly as she watched him put his glove back on. She took out both of her gloves and slipped them back on before glancing back at Adam. She wasn't sure if he looked like the gym type person. As much as Rogue would feel bad for practically stalking Adam, she had to know what he was up to. What he was hiding. She just hoped she was good at stalking. She did not want Adam to realise she was following him when she did do it. If only she knew someone who knew how to spy. Then she could touch them and use their abilities. Rogue supposed though she was just going to have to do it raw. Surely she couldn't be that bad at stalking? Rogue waited for Adam to leave first before she headed to the kitchen to grab her thinks. She would have to find out where Adam's room was first.

"Nice to meet you too" said Adam right before he yawned again. He would then start to head towards the stairs thinking that he should be careful when he was around her. Especially since she didn't seem to believe that his power absorption ability was a secondary mutation. If she does start asking again, will flirting work like it did today or should I do something that she would never expect? thought Adam as he continued up the stairs to his temporary room. He had somewhat of an idea what he was going to do next, but he had a feeling that while it might work for a while, the end result would piss her off and make her dig deeper.

Silently, Rogue followed Adam, making sure to stay out of sight and of course not make a sound. So far he just looked deep in thought. Rogue knew she would feel bad if Adam actually turned out just to be a good guy with maybe a horrible past like sexual abuse and that was what he was hiding. However she couldn't help but feel that wasn't what he was hiding. She never really had many instincts that she felt so strongly she was aware of it. The last time had been when she met Logan. Upon just looking at him she had known he was trustworthy, and so had hidden in his trailer. She had just felt like he had a good heart, and so had gone with it. She had turned out to be right in the end. Now that she thought about that was the only time she had felt such an instinct. She could be wrong or right about Adam. Either way, Rogue was going to find out. If she was wrong she would just come clean to Adam and apologise. Rogue couldn't not do anything however, and watched Adam go to what she guessed was his room. So that was where he slept.
Now she had to decide what to do; stay here all night and wait until he woke up in the morning, or go back to her room, sleep, and wake up early to get back here before Adam woke up.
